发帖数: 9 | 6 这场比赛不说明任何问题，由于前面front 5完全ouperform了对手，Tebow每次传球的
准备时间至少多了5秒，所以有机会让wide receiver or tight end 跑出空挡。Tebow
有一次pass差点被interception了，被对方碰到了改变了一点方向；另外他还是要用
slide在场内着地，而不是每次都要跑出边线。offense coordinator还是有和上赛季一
样stupid的call, 搞得很复杂(比如Shovel pass），又没有效果，我个人是一点都不喜
欢。(看了赛前替补quarterback12号和Tebow一起训练，球扔得比Tebow还好。)至于33
号running back, 我觉得打得挺好的，弱队对running back的防守未必差。总结一下进
攻，我觉得实力很强，整个整容非常成熟、配合默契，个别的讲wide receiver普遍速
度快（或者是tight end, 1，5，7，86，84）（看看cal昨天是怎么用100米冠军打
Tennessee的），并且有pass run的能力，front 5值得信赖，quarter bac |

。实在是黔驴技穷，完全是靠防守在苟延残喘。06赛季看球的时候也很担惊受怕，进攻
也是乏力，但是还不至于像现在这样看得那么窝火。现在的球队问题非常严重，赛季至
此已经不单是跌跌撞撞了，苟延残喘或者垂死挣扎更合适。下面列举了球队的五大病根
，欢迎铜锈们拍砖。
1.新OC的play calling非常predictable和缺乏创造力。赛季至此，play book里基本上
就只有5种打法。Tebow传球到两个边线给cooper或者Hernanderz，Tebow的design run
，Tebow hand off给RB的dive play，Tebwo shovel pass给Hernanderz，还有就是
Tebow中路dump给Hernanderz。到了redzone打法就更加简单和死板，一挡Tebow跑，二
档给RB跑，三档如果short，Tebow跑，如果超过4yd，Tebow pass到边路。四档不用看
了，如果还没被sack或者罚到FG射程外就踢FG，否则就punt。对WR的使用非常有限，WR

因为有Kenny G在，我们的进攻calling可以完全不变。
昨天中场休息结束以后，市长说，我们下半场要open up我们的Playbook
鬼话连篇。
明显Kenny在场上的时候，我们的play calling更多样化。我们在赛季初段玩过的trick
play，trick 阵形，都到哪里去了？
Kenny G在的时候，好几次跑了speed option，Braxton上来以后今年总共叫过几次
speed option？别跟我说Braxton Miller不会跑Speed option。2011年我们只要摆出
pistol阵形就是Braxton Miller的speed option run！
3 linemen的那个阵形 （Kenny G跑了个QB draw的），后来去哪了？这个阵形自带两侧
screen的package，或者fake screen wheel route的，今年就用过那么一次

1. 背负系统
腰带可以热塑, 不过我没去做,因为直接fit的就很好. 很舒服,没有任何伤害.肩带的
cushion不错, 几何尺寸设计合理.
2.design的几大亮点
1) 两侧有挂ski的地方,适合背ski, 中间也有挂ski/snowboard的地方,而且外挂设计很
合理,所以这是一款非常适合backcountry ski的pack
2) 有两个挂ice axe/ice tool的地方,适合snow/ice climbing
3) 中间可以很方便的挂crampons, sitting pad, shovel, helmet
4) 头袋下面有个加固的带子,方便背绳子
5) 有一个侧兜,不侧面背ski的情况下可以放水瓶,或者挂gear
6) 腰带上有两个loop,和harness上的loop一样,可以挂gear,这是这款包最大的亮点之
一,非常适合climbing用
7) 包偏瘦,所以背上之后,重心不会远离身体,完全不影响skiing/climbing
8) 尺寸50L,基本上属实,可以做skiing/climbing的day pack |

sleeping bag
clothes including big fluffy mittens and down jackets
pot, stove, fuel
shovel
food
water
helmet, harness, biners, slings etc
ice axe and sleeping pad on the outside
If you think you need a 85L pack for a 2-3 day backpacking trip, think again. |

本以为可以松口气了，这几天一提醒发现snow gear还缺一大堆。基本上是：
bivy sack: 这个比较没谱，便宜的贵的都有，不知道要不要买。
snow shovel：要求要买金属的，塑料的不行。
snow picket： 最常见的是MSR Coyote，这个要买3ft的？ 2ft的要不要？
glacier rope: 这个要8mm*30m的dry rope？
stove：去年REI打折的时候买了个MSR pocket rocket，据说烧水很慢，看来要退掉。
那该买啥？Dragonfly? Whisperlite? Reactor?
pot: 多大的合适？1L?
ice screw: 上次捡了一个，估计再买一个就差不多了。
ice tool: 先不管。
ice crampon：上次减价的时候买了一个BD Cyborg step in的，这东西不知道配la
Sportiva的红鞋行不行，不过我还有一双plastic boots
avy probe和beacon，先不管，不过以后大概迟早还是 |

adventure, read along.
Wave is officially called North Coyote Butte. When you don't get permit to
Wave, think about south. South Coyote Butte is as impressive at least and
you will find solitute. There is no trail inside and everything's cross
country. It will take about 5-6 hours to fully explore and take pictures. We
did not have ideal light when we were there. So we did not walk the whole

其他人有帮助。另外顺便讨论一下winter surviving gear这个问题。
先简单介绍一下今天发生的事情：
在过去的7天里，根据天气预报的变化，加上过去的经验，判断这个周末（周六和周日
）是登山的好天气，NOAA给出的天气是周六白天20%的降雪概率， 7千尺左右的风速是
22mph gust to 28mph, 夜间是晴天（图1）。Mountain forecast给出的天气是周六白
天 some cloud, 夜间晴天，1万1千尺左右的风速是10-15mph, summit上温度是single
digit, wind chill 低于-10F （图2）。 NWAC给出的雪崩风险是 moderate-
considerable. 这样的天气在pacific northwest的冬季，算是一个很不错的天气窗。
在准备gear的时候，针对低温，基本上是把手里能对付最低气温的衣服都带上了。从天

space is hardly ever an issue for me, except once when I used a 35L pack for
a weekend trip carrying avy beacon, shovel, probe, crampons, ski crampons,
ice axe.
another tip is not to not to pack hard and sharp objects next to the pack
walls or at the bottom. otherwise they will poke on the pack. |

没有经验，太小看重量的因素了. 带了很多吃的,穿的,一个3人的帐篷,3 PICKETS,30
meter ROPE,snow shovel...
估计包的重量超过了得55磅
天热，雪化的厉害，有时一脚下去就陷进去了,耗了很多体力
现在开始买轻的装备了.
再就是SOLO不可能,有可能送命.
这趟的目的达到了,就是感觉glacier travel，自己给自己上一课。 |
