Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

以前ford的 crown victoria因为油箱设计问题导致撞车时，螺丝楔入油箱着火，被索
赔了几次之后，全部召回。
听了新闻了，终于明白了，尼玛这个van先有一个车祸，然后这个Van停在slow lane
and shoulder 之间，估计是交换保险，然后被另一个瞎B司机开车撞了着火。尼玛不要
命了。正常的作法是赶快把车挪到shoulder上，这时还管尼玛什么责任不责任的问题，
应该先保证安全，而且应该立刻让车上的妇女和孩子下车到shoulder 下面。停车后，
应该立刻跑到车后500码的距离把三角警示牌立起来。之后再考虑叫警察，交换保险的

发帖数: 5804 | 14 今天在高速的一个小坡上。四根还是五根道，我在最里边那根，70mile左右。车突然不
听使唤的往右边窜。我扳方向盘没用，踩刹车也没用。最后车子180度大转弯，停在最
里边那根道之内的shoulder上。shoulder外是墙墙下面是桥。。。。还好当时没车来。
也还好shoulder刚好可以摆下我的车。
我停了车后，打了911.警察来了。帮我倒车，退到边上的草坪上，然后把车扳正，并开
了一个warning。我吓得在那里呆了起码二十分钟。那个好心的警察也陪我呆了二十分
钟。其间有三辆警车不知道这里出了什么状况，也跟过来了。
后来我平静点了，就趁车少的时候把车开到最外道，然后慢慢开回来。
我的车是civic 2007,之前honda给我发了一封信，好象是说这个系列的ABS还是什么的
（记不清楚了）有毛病，让去修。因为太忙了还没来得及去。

那个地区显得多余，但是绝对是有根据的，不要以为车轮上的大国人都是白吃，你发现
的窍门以为没别人知道？ 你可以不以为然50年无恙，只要有一次你就挂了，我即便是明
知周围没有一辆车，我变线一样要打灯回头，不是为了看啥，就是要强化正确的习惯，
这个本能的习惯可能就会在将来某一天救我和别人的命
频繁观察三个镜子自然非常重要，也绝对可以帮助自己对周围车况了然于胸，但是不能
完全取代shoulder check,考虑到这里有很多新手和半吊子司机，强调这一点尤其重要。
如果你担忧回头看有追尾的可能，那么第一要加快shoulder check的速度，第二如果当
时车流的密集程度让你担忧追尾的可能性很高的话，你首先就不该强行换道插入。
某些ID宣称shoulder check如何多余那是你的事，你也可以像很多国人对待其他事情上
那样对法律视若罔闻，至少麻烦在你大作之前第一句请注明，不适合新手。 |

车后座坐1-2个人，宽度没有任何意义.偶尔坐3人，只要不是胖纸，XC60也够了。但是
legroom就不一样了，能把腿放直一点就舒服多了。另外，后座hiproom XC90只比XC 60
多1厘米，shoulder room倒是多5厘米(3个座位加一起），如果你把carseat放中间和一
侧，也就多出1厘米hip room和3厘米的shoulder room。
第三排座放倒，XC90行李空间只比60多12立方尺（34 vs 45.5），也没有本质区别。 |

变成每个方向两条lane。右lane有几辆18轮挡路，很多车纷纷换到左lane，车都挤在一
起，感觉和前后车之间往往各自只有2，3个车的距离。速度不快，大约50左右，但左边
是悬崖，右边是18轮。我有些紧张，跟老婆解释说这种情况最怕出状况，比如有车爆胎
。后面的事居然被我的乌鸦嘴说中了。过了山脊后路平坦了一些，车速上去了，大家都
把18轮抛到后面。在距离目的地几个出口处，我提前换到右lane。因为限速70mph，我
当时速度应该稍微高一些，或许接近80mph。我的前方是一辆sedan，sedan前面是一辆
pickup。突然远远看到pickup后面尘土飞扬，跟在后面的sedan开上了旁边的shoulder
。还好我离前车尚远，减速，打灯，查看盲区，换道，一系列标准动作后换到左lane，
看到右手方向pickup颤巍巍地在往shoulder上开，飞起来的轮胎碎片还在下落。很庆幸
爆胎不是发生在山上，否则不知道会有几辆车撞到一起了。这个过程中我算有惊无险，

高速公路，4条道，最里面是HOV，我当时在HOV旁边的道上，准备往HOV里面并线。
外面三条道车不少，但也不算很多，能正常开，车速大概70-80公里（正常限速100公里
左右）；我与自己这条道前面的车，我当时感觉是正常距离，现在回想可能30米-50米？
我在观察hov，前方没看到车，后方的车较远，应该在50米后。于是我准备并线，先做
一下shoulder check， 把头弄回来，就在这时突然发现前方车在快速向我逼近! 立刻
刹车！伴随刹车尖叫，以及糊味， 但太近了，要撞上，往hov 打轮， 完蛋，朝隔离墩
撞去！往回打轮，车幸运地摆正在hov，车速降到很低了。
一切在一瞬间发生。中间以为要撞墩子或者翻车。
自己分析的主要问题：
1. 有点走神，有点麻木，路况不错，没想到前方急刹车（基本刹到停车）；
2. shoulder check 太慢
3. shoulder check的时候脚在油门上，这个习惯我今后考虑改一下；
4. 与前方车距离太近？应该说是平均距离，我不太习惯离前面太近。
5. 后来重新试了我的车，感觉刹车空程有点长，踩前面1/3车没感觉。

1） 首先起始的setup是一个Reverse Head and Shoulder, 最早可以在right shoulder
开始建仓， stop在head 下面一点。
当然，突破neck line, 进行追加，也可以，但是如果neck line上面出现whipsaw, 就
一定要小心了，牛市的时候，可以耐心一点， piggy bearish market， 就要在neck
line下面， 或者right shoulder下面放stop.
2）如果突破了，传统的target是是head到neck line的距离， 41->45, 45->49.
这就是为什么49的位置， 出现了比较长时间的盘整。
大牛市， 可以继续等等， 画好38.2%的stop,
piggy bearish market, 就take profit吧。
3）盘整后，就有了trend line, 这比较重要，看trendline.
后来49 gap up, 有会测了一次，成功反弹，这个gap的上下边缘，都可以成为entry和
stop的位置。

了很多学习（主要是看书和youtube)思考和尝试，我想我大概找到了自己swing的问题。
先说duck hook吧，因为它使我痛苦很久。我的问题就是shoulder turn不够，因为
shoulder turn不到位，down swing就会更多的用手臂力量，手臂out race身体。导致1
.swing path outside in, 2. club head close at impact.这两点就会造成duck hook
.另外手臂out race身体还会使人感觉很难受，容易拉伤背部。有一次我看golf
channel,Fred Couples谈swing,他就强调他的swing thought就两点，一是shoulder

ask所产生的差价大。举个例子，Citibank6月到期@37的put的ask在周五收市只有5.55
，周五C的close=31.6也就是说1个半月的time value只有0.15，0.15/5.55 = 2.7%。如
果更deep ITM, @40六月到期ask = 8.45,time value只有0.05已经

你应该 try to lift your armpit，squeeze your shoulder blader
然后，unlock your elbow，core muscle 牢牢稳定住身体。
把重心往后移动点，这样身体可以形成一个完美的倒V 形状。

- Went to see specialist at Panorama in Golden
- X-ray: nothing wrong
- NMI: identified inflammation
- Cortisone injection to reduce inflammation

我上班路上有个路口天天都能看到有车从shoulder开过去上出口ramp。今早停在哪路口
红灯的时候，突然发现路边的草丛中隐隐约约冒着一个车顶，俺就想啊：狗日的警察真
狡猾，不知道有没有狗崽子上当。
随便看了观后镜一眼，发现后面很远的地方居然有辆车已经探出半个身子了。俺那个立
马就兴奋了，眼泪鼻涕都要出来了。心理那个急啊，立即给他加油：快上shoulder，快

结果还真准了，那小车一蹭一蹭，终于下定决心一下从路肩彪出来。路过我的时候，车
