去年同期,此人酒后驾船导致事故,造成7人受伤,其中还包括一个5岁小女孩。
驾船事件的官司尚未结案,又发生了这次DUI,还好这次没人受伤,只是警察发现该车
摇摇晃晃,超速行驶,把他pull over,发现此人谈吐不清,眼神迷离,酒精测试fail
