How much does the stuff of shoplifting worth? If it is less than 299 dollars,
it is misdemeanor. The result will be fine and up to one year jail. If it is
more than 300 dollars, it is felony grand theft. The result will be fine and
up to five year jail. Maybe the law is different in your state.
Theft is theft no matter how much it worths. One of my coworkers went to jail
because he forget to pay his children alimony.

turpitude,都是deportable的罪,将来GC先别想了.

大家注意了,从移民后果来说,道德败坏的轻罪(比如在WALMART偷个块八毛的东西)是跟杀

FRISCO -- Dallas Cowboy Joseph Randle was arrested over the holiday weekend
for shoplifting.
Frisco police say the running back was arrested at Dillard's inside the
Stone Briar Mall Monday.
He has been charged with a Class B Misdemeanor of theft, ranging from $50 to
$500.
Randle was booked into the Frisco City Jail and has since posted bond. |
