挺身而出与shooter枪战？如果没有，那么配枪老师可以混在人群中逃跑，失去了老师
配枪的意义。如果有责任，哪怕这个老师是自愿，配枪的老师也必须加薪以反映这项职
责。全国20%的老师加薪，成本高于职业保安。
第三，职业保安可以帮助老兵就业。
第四，职业保安是全职工作，更加专注，不容易出现被学生偷枪抢枪的情况。
第五，职业保安对训练的要求可以更高，战斗力更强。而且职业保安可以视条件配长枪
，战斗力也高于老师的手枪。
第六，职业保安可以由外包保安公司提供，割裂政府的责任。免得哪个公立学校老师枪

but it may not matter anyway. The shooter is fully capable of demanding to
examine the disability permit if he suspect it is not authentic. After all,
