擦鞋童理论（Shoeshine boy theory），又称零股理论（Odd Lot Theory）是1927年由
肯尼迪政治家族的约瑟夫·帕特里克·肯尼迪（Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr.）所提出，是
一种股市理论，意指当擦鞋童都在讨论股票投资的时候，就是股市交易达到最高峰之时
，之后就会下跌。
20世纪20年代，美国股市一片繁荣，整个国家都处于牛市氛围中。有一次，约瑟夫·肯
尼迪在纽约中心火车站边读报，边让一个擦鞋童给他擦皮鞋，这位鞋童告诉约瑟夫，他
也买进了一些股票，有一份要发财的美国梦想。擦鞋童的话，让约瑟夫意识到，20世纪
20年代的股市牛市行情结束了。他的理由是：“如果连擦鞋童都知道进入股市买股票，

总之很喜欢这个bassline 挺诡异的 奥运会开幕式上听到的 后来就老出现在脑子里
还有点画面感
感觉像黑灯瞎火走在充满大麻气味的巷子里。看到对面走来一群人，其中一个人手里拿
着烟，穿着邋遢，头发凌乱，跟他的伙伴说着无关紧要的话，其他人哄笑着。路过我的
时候，他突然回过头对我“迷惑的年轻人，别不开心，走，跟我们去找点乐子。”

发帖数: 8271 | 14 (New York Queens) Forest Hills的一室一厅，高层公寓，阳台。楼下有门房（所以签收fedex ups一类的非常方便），家具现在一年新，sublet 从8月初（八月中或者9月初也可以）开始，到12月底（这个也还可以具体再商量）。价格现在1825，lease7月底到期，应该也会涨一些的。价格暖气已包。不过，价格可以商量。每个月电费大约是80左右，网络费是30。
离地铁走路8分钟的样子，坐上地铁后到47-50街那一站大约24分钟左右。附近生活很方
便，有Barnes & Noble和各种商店和餐厅。开车去Flushing大约10分钟（在法拉盛找停
车位的时间可能比去的时间会长）。适合毕业后就来纽约上班的。大部分律所一般都在中城的。
