Today I went to a local cross country run which had 8k, 5k and 1 mile run. A
lot of high schoolers running. It was in the hilly woods on trails.
My time was 35:07.It was my first time run a 5 mi. My target was 35 min.It
was a pretty good run. But I had a bad start. Many high schoolers running 5k
started in front of me, it took me longer to get to ahead. During the
running, I had to tie my loosened shoelace once.
Ok, I got my 8k PR today!

来自主题: Running版 - 5 Key Stretches for Runners
By Selene Yeager
We know, we know: Stretching is confusing. One minute experts tell you to
stretch before you run, and the next minute research reveals that static
stretching (think: touching your toes) may actually zap performance. What's
a runner to do?
Well, first, know this. You need to stretch. Running makes your legs strong,
toned, and, unfortunately, tight. Every step you take forces those quads,
hamstrings, calves, and hips to flex and extend over and over to propel you
down the road. Af...

Too many voices, too many noises
Invisible wires keeping us apart
So many choices, but they're all disappointments
And they only steal me away from you
Climb into our own private bubble
Let's get into all kinds of trouble
Slide over here let your hands feel the way
There's no better method to communicate
Girl stop your talking words just get in the way
I'll be your man
So baby come over from the end of the sofa
I'll be your man, I'll be your man
So many faces, staring at their shoelaces

Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me Too", 一个男声慢慢地读, 语调很幽默,
Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me too
Went for a ride in a flying shoe.
"Hooray!"
"What fun!"
"It's time we flew!"
Said Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me too.
Ickle was captain, and Pickle was crew
And Tickle served coffee and mulligan stew
As higher
And higher
And higher they flew,
Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me to...

Tripping and Falling ... into Chinese Vases
By Megan FriedmanTuesday, Jan. 26, 2010

A case of clumsiness led to $800,000 in damage in 2006 when a man tripped
over his shoelace at Cambridge's Fitzwilliam Museum in the U.K. and
proceeded to fall down a central staircase, colliding with three 300-year-
old Chinese vases and shattering them. The large decorative vases dated back
to the Qing dynasty in the ...

It is a nice day, I told myself, with sunshine and wind and everything.
how nice, I said to myself, tears streaming down my face.
I attempt to smile, big effort, little effect. Tears had minds of their own.
You are a big girl, I told myself, tie your own shoelace and everything.
stop crying , nobody cares anyway, beside you have to drive yourself home.
yeah, it is still a nice day, look, how nice, why do you cry.
It all your own fault, I told myself. I know this is coming, at beginning.
