bloomberg做法是shock par curve，但这样在重新bootstrap zero curve和
interpolate的时候会有可能降低adjecent spot rates，如果正好有cashflow在那里，
就可能得出negative key rate duration，有点counter-intuitive
我们之前的做法是直接shock zero curve，比如key rate tenor 1,2,5,10 years, 要
shock 2 year的时候把1-5 years中间的spot rate全部shock，shock size根据每个点
到2 year的距离，这样的结果是guarantee positive，sum也等于duration
不知道业界标准是怎么做？ |

你确定用用的是这个？
多谢版主給包子，我再多说两句关于水质的安全问题。
如果你不游，那的确是不变绿就可以了。如果要游的话，
水入口是不可避免的。所以你就是要当游泳池的水不小心
喝了一口也是安全的。因为你永远不知道有什么小动物
光顾过你的游泳池，野鸭，浣熊之类，或者有什么东西
背鸟空投到游泳池了。
所以那个 chlorine 需要一直维护在 CYA 对应的安全水平。
而且需要经常测，知道你的正常 chlorine 消耗水平。
这样如果发生了什么意外情况，你从 chlorine 消耗水平上
可以看出来。
而且这个 Pool shocking 是个过程，不是一次性的投药，
你需要确保 Pool shocking 的时候，晚上过夜 chlorine
消耗小于 1PPM 才能结束。也就是说，必须要确保消耗
chlorine 的东西全部死光光才能结束 shocking， 否则
必须添加 chlorine 来保持 shocking 水平。
提前结束 shocking 就是前功尽弃，没有 shock 死的东
西还会长回来。 |

你还是老老实实修filter吧。
再者，shock用液体的好，量一定要足。要不就不叫shock了。太阳落山了再做。shock
够了即使滤不掉，水也不应该绿了，池底会有很多杀死的algae变成的脏泥。实在不行
，买一个机器人放进去吸好了。
俺怀疑你没做对shock.你测过水的combined chlorine （CC）和free chlorine（FC）
level吗？没测过的话，赶紧的。
泳池清洁的基本功从这个chlorine做起。新鲜的chlorine加进去会增加水里FC的数量，
这些FC遇到脏东西会化学反应变成CC。水脏了以后，水中的FC会消失，CC会增加。CC过
多的一个症状就是水里会散发出强烈的漂白粉味道。
当水里CC量过多时，继续小量小量地加入新chlorine不会起任何作用。这个时候必须
shock,就是加入常量数倍的chlorine（比如4倍).这样水中的CC会被shock里大量的
chlorine破坏掉，水中的FC才能继续起到清洁的作用。

有SHOCK WAVE的。而且前面是SHOCK WAVE，后面是EXPENSION WAVE。而且气流相对速度
是SHOCK WAVE前超音速，SHOCK WAVE后亚音速；EXPENSION WAVE正好相反。。。这样空
气的连续性才能保证。
被SHOCK WAVE扫到的结果当然是相当震撼的，但如果没有上游禁汛的原则，弹体上也受
到同样的作用的话，我们也就不用谈什么MOA了。每把枪都是SHOTGUN。 |

车型：1995 VW Passat GLX
我的车在Boston的满是坑的路面开了2年，今年春天以来，操控性急剧下降，经常路上过
一个坑或者坎就方向盘不听使唤，轮子左右乱跑。把车子吊起来检查，发现主要问题来自
前轮的steering系统。两边的lower ball joint和左边的tie rod end全部损坏，用手一
扳前轮，能左右晃。于是更换这些部件，车子操控性改善了很多，但是还是没有恢复到以
前的水平。接着检查，发现两个后轮的shock absorber渗出了大量密封的阻尼油，于是估
计两个后避震失效了。检查shock absorber的方法很简单。把车放在平地，每个角逐一用
力往下按，然后突然松手，车子往上弹起的速度和幅度因为shock absorber和coil
spring的性能不同而不同，但是一般的车子应该向上弹起一次，然后就停下，学过contro
l或者vibration的人应该知道用术语说就是overshoot一个周期，如果超过一个周期，就
是shock absorber不行了。我试了一下我的车，好家伙，后面按下起能弹5-6次才停下，

发帖数: 97 | 38 做个xc60和x3纸上谈兵的数据比较，看看哪个车有所谓的性价优势。因为我选的是xc60 T6，所以x3也只能拿35i来比，28i不是Turbo的。首先说明的是我没去真正开过x3。本来也确实是计划内的，但开完xc60 3.2L和T6后，对T6很满意，所以就懒了，不想折腾了。比较时xc60的数据在前，数据都是从网上quote的。弄错了的地方欢迎大家指点，但还是客气点比较好。
首先比较价格，两款车都有各种options。如果是裸T6和35i比，sticker price –2k。xc60多了天窗，尽管这玩意不是每个人都想要。如果按我选的xc60算，大概是-3.5到4k。加上额外的tax，financing（目前volvo是1.9%，不知道BMW能讲到多少），和negotiable room（从truecar.com上，xc60可以-3k sticker price / -1k factory invoice，实际可以更多一点，我目前是-1.5k左右。x3是-2.5k sticker price / +500 factory invoice ，实际情况不清楚。对于我这个options选项而言，... 阅读全帖 |

MB官网宣称“firms up during stronger body motions for sharper handling
feedback and stability, and reduces the damping rates during gentler motions
for a smoother, more composed ride.”
看上去车子是可以自动探测目前行驶状态，主动地去调节减震器的阻尼，就像是active
damper或者adaptive suspension。实际上并不是的。MB所谓的有Agility Control的
车子，其实悬挂系统就跟别的独立悬挂系统的车子一样，是最最普通的前轮麦佛逊，后
轮多连杆悬挂系统，没有任何电子控制系统参与或者调节。简单些说，MB的C/E class
等号称是“Agility Control”的悬挂，其实跟Hyundai Sonata等买菜车的悬挂是一模
一样的（都是前轮麦佛逊和后轮多连杆的悬挂系统），区别只是几何尺寸不同、弹簧弹

不影响开就不要换 我老上次就被忽悠了 去做个free rotation最后被忽悠了600多，
换了pad，rotor，shock。rotor长锈了 把pad弄的很不平这个换了我也就认了，问题是
shock绝对是被忽悠的，给我看那个地方有点湿湿的，表示漏油，换了两个oem kyb的
shock，换上以后明显感觉车子好像哪里有点不对劲，mpg低了（但是highway有跟官方
数据一致），反正就是总是感觉哪里不对劲，我总想找个机会买个原厂的shock再换回
去。 |

我们这边都是两个都用的。liquid shock不能替代tab，而用tab也需要用shock来在短
时间杀死algea，店里面都是建议2周或者大雨后shock，我是3-4周shock一次 |

ok, here are my closing procedures. I live in MA, I close my poor mostly at
the end of Sep, although it could be sooner. My procedures apply to my in-
ground vinyl liner pool. I assume other types of pools are similar.
IMPORTANT: pool repairs are expensive! you have to be very careful, don't
rush, if you don't understand the steps, don't do it. you may ruin your pool
permanently!
In summary:
1. add 4 gal shock and 16 oz algeacide, and circulate

之间，然后再shock。 如果pH不对，shock效果不明显。
你是开游泳池还是只是缺乏维护？ 如果是开游泳池的话，我的经验是尽早（气温最多
在70左右，别太晚），而且在开了泵以后，添加任何chemical之前先vaccum一下池底，

海钓部分，岸钓的leader分类是两种，一种是shock leader，令外一种是abrasion
leader。结要通过导环的，几乎100%是shock leader，这个原理如下：
1）首先线径和柔软度是决定线材（距离方面）最主要的因素，而编织线有巨大的优势
，可是编织线的主要问题是，当力量过大的时候，编织线没有弹性，即load杆子的时候
，编织线基本没有缓冲时间，这其中最大的问题和结部分通过tip top无关，而是会造
成杆子绷断或者lure会崩开，这部分，不分BC或者Spinning，没有差别。因为所有需要
shock leader的时候，是lure或者lead的重量至少要五六盎司开外，甚至更高，比如常
见的是8~12盎司，要clear the breaker，亚洲和美国都常见，这么重的lure（大部分
是铅块加bait），都是为了远投bait fishing。
2）加一段较长的mono leader，使得抛投部分跟完全用mono一样，只是后面的backing
