3) Right on top of box 4, click "Preferences"
4) In section 5, uncheck the check box in front of "Always show shipment
confirmation "
5) Try again ...
It seems that the error always occurs after showing the shipment
confirmation ...

发帖数: 1145 | 25 今天我去fedex drop off两个箱子，是关联的，送到同一个地址，主箱有Tracking number，副箱有MPS#（multiple pieces shipment）和Mstr#（Master shipment
Tracking）。是international的，小二只scan了第一个箱子，给了我一张receipt，上
面显示Total pieces：1。当时我觉得不对头，问他是怎么回事？他说因为两个箱子是
同一个Tracking number，他只能scan一个（主箱）。因为要去学校接孩子，我就只好
离开了。回家后我给fedex打了电话，把Tracking numbers给客服，她说系统显示这个
shipment有两件。后来我上fedex的网上去查了查，主箱显示picked up，第二箱的
Tracking显示initiated。我有点不放心，又给fedex打了电话，这次是负责fedex
international的客服，她说店里的小二只能scan主箱，其他箱子等下午driver在cut

一个是20 多磅的ground，应该收8刀，结果收了125.42刀
172.0 多磅的的ground，应该收80多刀，却被收了116.90刀
22.6 多磅的ground，应该收8刀，却收了64.65刀
162.0 多磅的ground，应该收接近80刀，却收了119.87刀
120.0 多磅的ground，应该收50多刀，却收了136.39刀。
比较奇怪的是fedex bill是对的，但是charge我信用卡的钱数跟bill上的不一样。
另外之前ground都是每个包裹charge一下信用卡，现在有些多包裹的shipment变成了只
charge一次了。
这几个出错的shipment只有第三个是单一包裹，其他的都是多包裹的shipment。有哪位
神医能帮忙读解一下不？ |

我老有几个打印机，比较大件，想送FBA
发现它那边自动生成了shipment plan 里面两个邮寄到TN， 一个是AZ 离我比较近
AZ 那边运费比较低。所以我希望都送AZ
请问：能否送一个到AZ，然后删掉TN的shipment, 然后在replenish inventory 比如我
随便给4个，然后估计两个TN， 两个AZ， 然后我在送两个AZ，删除TN 的shipment.
请问这样会不会有问题。

2，如果想把机器运回去，先把prepaid的shipment label付了，再让它提供运回去的
shipment label和人力费50刀；
3，再给它弄一个prepaid shipment label请它送回原机，方可考虑退款。

在我这里呀。她不承认，立即让我退款。幸好仔细翻邮件，证明自己都drop了。浪费了
不少时间，这事也就过去了。
今年帮她drop吸尘器，tracking显示开始都很正常，后来突然没更新了说有多个label
。她开始告诉我Fedex赔偿了100，因为只保险了100。说她自己太忙没时间给Fedex打电
话，让我去要。我打电话，Fedex说claim is pending but can not disclose to me
as I am not shipper. 到底是谁的责任？drop的时候没有发现有多个label，而且头几
天也很正常。即使后面发现其它label，Fedex就可以discard？在claim还pending的情
况下，她要求我全额退款给她。

好标题的习惯。比如missing inbound，一般是你从shipping queue里面reconcile，通
过这种方法会直接生成case，而且马总帮你标记好了shipment ID。有时候直接开case
的话建议一定要把shipment ID写好，这样以后查起来有没有赔钱，赔了多少，是不是
赔够了的时候你直接在case log的搜索框输入shipment ID搜索就能查到。 |
