了/damaged，没有收到等。让FedEx先去trace/调查。
对于Damaged的包裹，FedEx可能上门去取包裹检查，在FedEx检查之前，不要让buyer把
包裹寄回来。如果fedex在包裹上标注了damaged,online status显示damaged,一般表明
fedex已经检查过了。这种标注了damaged的就可以直接file damaged claim并且基本可
以获得赔偿。
.Net用户在help下面直接file FedEx claim.

notification，打开一看，和现在的本本配置一模一样，价钱也一样，但是
confirmation number什么的统统都变了，总是就是一个全新的order……查了一下信用
卡，没有被charge 钱。
这种情况是Lenovo email 系统错误还是它真的会再寄一个T410过来？那样我还要把它
退回去吧，我是不太相信天上掉馅饼这种事情的……真是麻烦。
遇到类似情况的xdjm说一下，到底要不要理这封email啊？我真是懒得给客服打电话了

commercial), sample, gift, etc. 我觉得我应该是sold，然后运费是40多。如果我选
择gift的话
，运费就是20了。差了一半。。
我记得我以前在ebay买中国过来的小电子产品上面都有写gift，他们可能是面临我同样
的选择吧。
