发帖数: 2825 | 2 马总最近服务越来越差，现在missing shipment里的reconcile功能彻底废掉。就这样
明年还要涨fba fee。
丢货的解决方法无他，开case。
马总的想法应该是尽可能让你要钱费力一些，这样能少一个人要钱就可以多捞点。
这里要提醒大家注意的有两点。
第一是9个月追溯期。一定要在九个月内开case。特别要注意的是有些shipment一直不
close，也要及时开case，否则拖过九个月给你close你就倒霉了。此外九个月是从你
create label开始。
第二是只要少货的shipment就要开case。有时候马总弄错了，比如一个shipment里的货
放到了另外一个里面，然后你看一个shipment少了40个货，另一个多了50个货。如果你
认为你赚到了所以不开case就要中计了。因为多出去的货最后会在adjustment里给你减
去，少的货你不开case马总不会赔的。 |

里了，也没任何收据，以前也是这样，把包裹送过去就走人了。
晚上回家一查状态，发现没有任何信息，也就是说连这个LABEL打印出来发到FEDEX系统
的信息都没有。今天上午一次，发现Shipment information sent to FedEx

而且是今天上午凌晨4点54分 的信息，其他关于我送到FEDEX OFFICE的任何信息都没有
显示，按照常理这个包裹一般是一晚上，第2天就到达目的地了，可是现在依然是这种
状态，连收到包裹的状态都没有。
现在应该怎么办？开车去问发货的FEDEX OFFICE吗？还是怎么做？

卖东西要快递Fedex到加拿大，在shipment purpose里面有很多选择，比如sold(
commercial), sample, gift, etc. 我觉得我应该是sold，然后运费是40多。如果我选
择gift的话
，运费就是20了。差了一半。。
我记得我以前在ebay买中国过来的小电子产品上面都有写gift，他们可能是面临我同样
的选择吧。
请问这种情况我用gift会怎么样？谢谢 |
