或20off的（一般都是15，20off35）有一年尽然没有限额，可以只买15或20的东西。发
shion里大家相互给coupon也很多年了，冲来没有说拿钱的 |

我曾经回过莫奈的一篇关于择男友标准的对策的贴子，后来被转到fa
shion版去以后，我又追加了一些内容。在那两篇贴子里面反复强调
了运动对于男生的重要性。其实一直想另外专门写一篇关于留美中国
男生锻炼体型的贴子，今天就索性熬夜写出来。哪位朋友待会儿帮我
转到fashion版去。
出来的GGdd们经常抱怨F1出来的JJmm不够pp，却没有意识到他们中的
大多数自身在身体方面也存在类似问题。如kissy所说，确实许多ggd
d们不是胖鸭梨型，就是天生瘦排骨型。说来体型问题比以前我们讨
论的衣着形象问题更难解决，因为要想有一副好身板，就要坚持锻炼
；所谓坚持，就是说，没有足够的毅力，是很难达到目标的。
锻炼身体有很多方式和手段。要想练出漂亮的体型，最好的是游泳，
那真是全身运动。可怜的allforsong天生水性不是很好，所以除了夏
天每周游2次以外，平常不会去献丑的；学校的gym极贵（每次$5），
也不大去；所以平日里主要是利用杠铃，哑铃等简单器械来练shape
。
锻炼身体并不是需要很多时间，关键是方 |
