底线露了，只还了8-10K。现在seller又联系我说只能给到223K。有一点背景要交代的
是我在local assessor's office查到该房在2007年此seller花217。5K买入。还有从
zillow.com上看此area的房价没降反有微量上升。我的最大出价为220K。不知这个价位
是否合适，毕竟只比当初他们买入多2。5K，seller也有做一些upgrading work，比如
在车库里装了很多metal shelve. |

发帖数: 7982 | 2 在壁炉上的应该是整面的wainscot做成picture frame,让这面墙成为一个整体就好看了，french style很多这样设计的。 另外你的fireplace 要做出来大些的shelve的台面，才能看着气派，不然看着会觉得fireplace很小气。 |

卧室就是床和可以放dvd的电视。
活动室嘛，就是包括一个storytime corner，一个画画写字手工用的儿童桌子椅子，放
书和玩具的shelves，还有啥可整的？ |

movable. won't damage the wall.
you can put many card boxes on the shelves, label them. Then put a curtain
in front of them. The key is to keep the storage out of sight, while still
be able to access your stuff easily, without have to open everything to find
them. For this purpose nothing beats a strong and relatively cheap self-
standing storage selves. |

my house. Just feel that dry wall actually sacrifize the room as most of the
garage are actually lack of space.
I also put racks and shelves on the wall in the garage and put all tools and
other material on the wall --- the garage wall are made of stone, btw. so
special screws are needed for the installation.
All these is just for the purpose of not leaving anything on the floor/

2.看大小,我是尽量买最大的,比较里面容积呀.
3.看内部的shelve,布局是不是和里呀
冰箱的下部几个抽屉是分的,有去潮,去冻功能的,有保鲜的.比如从freez里面拿出来的
肉,丢在那个抽屉里面,就回解冻,比较方便.抽屉我比较喜欢有盖的.有的下面还分区控
制温度.然后上面的隔板分布是不是合理,这个平时用多了,肯定知道自己喜欢什么样的
设计.
我就记得我当时研究下来最喜欢electrolux 的,里面的布局功能合理.不过它没有大
size的.
4.还有个是噪音,当然现在冰箱在楼下,影响也不大,不过能安静当然最好,而且电机应该
稳定,就是控制温度因为稳定呀.好的冰箱,里面东西不容易坏些,报鲜时间更长.为什么
好酒柜那么贵.

Materials: 4 drawer Malm x 2 and a saw
Description:
Moved house and needed a new single bed.
Removed the draws measured 20" from the top down to the base of the second
front cross piece.
Mark and saw in half....same again to the second set of draws.
Screw them all together make a new top (making the bed base) for the lower
halves add an 8" by 37" shelf to the bottom replace the draws and you have
lots of storage and a single bed base new mattress = a comfy single bed.

HD专门有用于shelving的板子，当然比压制板贵好多，不过效果我觉得也好很多。。。

. The concept is to make build ins from ground to ceiling. The ones below ur
waist r cabinets with doors, which r functional as storage space. So the
couch puts next to the build-ins(bookshelf) really make sense. This is just
an idea for the layout. He wants a couch, a big desk and feeling like a
office space. It's hard for a space only like 12*12 :) |

得走了弯路还不自知，谁叫版上这么多师傅呢。
就是想做一个书架。原材料是7块1'x 4'的plywood。工具准备有mini kreg jit，clamp
，Shelving Jig w/Self-Centering Bit, screw等。plywood是成品带颜色的无需加工
，不是大块分割出来的。直接用kreg jig把他们钉在一起，做个四边的框，然后里面放
三层隔板，背后订个薄皮（还没买），是不是就可以了？还有什么细节需要注意的？ |

关于主卧和主卫生间右边家窗户，原先也考虑过，后来听说风水上说，不加好，因为加
了床头就有窗户了，说不好。。
关于其他卧室closet小，这个是一个问题。但是我也考虑了，卧室23没办法加大了。卧
室4，可以把外面的closet空间去掉，改造成卧室4的左边都是一面closet, 你说怎么样
？那个外面的小closet往左挪，占据些landing的空间。你说呢？
关于一楼的shower box, 计划是这个样子的。双方的父母来住的话，一楼的family
room可以做卧室，这样方便他们洗浴。外面没有游泳池，我以为showbox边上那个是
closet,看来不是，我会把那个空间设计成shelves or small closet. 你看呢？
关于洗衣房，在地下室。你觉得一楼二楼有空间可以挪上来吗？
关于厨房，好像也没办法设计大些了。大家的PANTRY都放啥东西？

发帖数: 432 | 40 不客气。看房主是花了很多心思在上面了。不过，再好的设计、住进去后总会发现问题
的。我认为设计的主导思想先烈一个MUST HAVE的单子，在满足了其中的所有条件后，
在开始加其它的东西，还要灵活些，为以后的变化做准备。不要太注重细节。五年后有
了孩子还会住这吗？
卧室4笔触加大挺好。
一楼showbox两边的空间应该是走管道的，可能没法改成shelves or small closet
洗衣房放地下室没啥问题，最好在二楼和一楼加个Laundry Chute,直通洗衣房，这样脏
衣服直接扔到洗衣房，会方便很多。 |

发帖数: 188 | 46 现金买了个远低于市价的拍卖房，算是给心心念念想当contractor的老公买了个大玩具
练手。便宜的代价就是房子里面所有好拆下来能卖钱的东东全木有了，连所有柜门上的
把手都拿走了，别小看这小东西，从新买齐它们就花了300刀。好在其它condition还行
，结构没有任何的破坏，水暖电都工作，墙上也没什么大洞，除了灰尘没有任何垃圾留
下来。
房子本身很新很大，2006年3800尺的5卧室SFH，但并不在好学区，担心不那么好出租，
所以一close房子里还是惨不忍睹的时候就登出广告，想着能早一天是一天。上一个买
的状态相当好且在好学区的Bank own房， 没什么太多可修的，愣是空了一个月才租出
去，以为这次会更惨。 谁成想第一天就收到一堆reply, 第一个来看房的人就交了申请
费，定下来3个星期后入住。
老公原计划要自己修俩月呢，这下瞎眼了，每天晚饭后加周末全天都搭进去了。老公自
己安装了炉子（连烤箱/排风扇），悬挂式微波炉，洗碗机，水池下的garbage
disposal，吊扇, 所有卧室的顶灯，浴室的壁灯和镜子，车库门开关，浴室的脸盆加水
