发帖数: 2208 | 5 打算在麻省sharon周围买个房子,看了半天,没什么合适的,40-60万的房子太少,出来一个,老
中们象赶集一般的去.并且这出来的房子还大部分年代悠久,状态不佳. 今天去一个新的
小区,叫Bella Road,在north main street附近.地点好象还好,不过lot都不大,其他方
面就是各有所好了. 最大的问题是小区还没有建立起来.听broker说,一共打算盖29户,
现在已经有9户左右,两三个russian, 一个老中, 几户老印,一个老美, 但看着还是比较
空旷.
回来的路上忽然想到,如果看房子看烦了的老中们一起来"团购"一下,再有个5,6户, 是
不是这小区就建立起来了? 大家一起搞上一批新房子,住着舒服,大家父母来了之后,也
可互相走动,省得一出门就是一片树林,天天在家里生闷气.
有兴趣的同志们可以来讨论一下, 呵呵. |

a good one in south part.
And this one is not bad and Owner is nice person that you can tell.
So go check it out if you live in Sharon, Westwood, Walpole, Norwood, and
Medfield, not far. |

middle pricing houses around westwood like 600-800k.

It seems to me that Sharon has more Asian/Chinese and diversified housing
stock. While Westwood is more homogeneous White, and housing is more
expensive, it seems that Westwood is very steady in terms of real estate
value.
Besides upgrade, what else you dislike Westwood? I know some towns in
MetroWest are quite snobbish.That is the reason Chinese prefer Lexington and
Newton etc. |

后来一直吃 Brookline 味道一直不是特别离谱
满怀希望去了Sharon店 感觉非常不对劲
水煮牛肉＊＊完全＊＊没有放盐
尤其是这个麻辣笋尖 以前所有店都是笋尖上面滴几滴辣油
但是这家端上桌直接就红油拌开了 而且笋尖没有以往那么脆 感觉已经泡了好久
虽然有很不好的想法 但是还是相信老四川应该不会...
反正是以后再也不会去碰那家店了 |

Easier for activities and shopping, and getting to downtown.

186，如果不是每天进城，可以考虑按次买，有12次一张的票，具体问题可以到mbta.

. Commuter Rail 到Backbay １８分钟．开车也很方便， ９０或Storrow drive, 在
back bay之前都不堵. sharon进城太痛苦了, ９３堵得结结实实. |
