But I think ERTS is too big for many companies to swallow. For MSFT, I think
it is focus on web search now,
and will probably just keep Xbox development (hardware). Getting into game
development and publishing
may not be a top priority.
Separately, I bought some THQI yesterday, after traded Shanda Games IPO with
a loss. THQ is much smaller
compared to ERTS, and it looks interesting to me. I don't play much game,

GAME的IPO之后，总股本的288M ADS中，83.5M作了公开发行，SNDA仍拥有其余的71%。
我们就来看一看它们股价之间的关系。
SNDA的理论价值是由4部分组成的。
1. 所拥有的GAME的股份。根据GAME 9/29的收盘价11.5，其总市值为$3.12B。SNDA所拥
有71%的权益价值为$2.22B。
2. SNDA现存业务不包括在GAME中部分的折现价值。这又分为两部分。一是SNDA中有非
常少的非游戏收入，不到其总收入的5%。二是SNDA把一些和游戏业务相关的辅助部门留
在了Shanda Online，如点卡销售，市场推广，收入结算等。作为补偿，GAME要将其在
