2. 扎不破皮。你这是什么针灸理论？针要刺激深部组织的经络，不破皮也
可以？那为啥要扎破皮？为啥这么多年的针灸都是扎破皮的？
3. 扎其他穴位也能有效显然说明跟具体穴位无关，或者选错了穴位。
你别抬杠了，这东西都是老中医，针灸专家设计的实验。什么部位怎么搞是
sham，人家不比你清楚？你说你经络理论有没有扎着无效的地方？有没有扎
着没用的扎法？如果针灸理疗能够找出个无效的穴位，为啥人家不用那个无
效的穴位做sham？要是能找到不就证明了针灸有效吗？问题就是根据针灸理
疗找出来的sham跟真的扎针没多少区别。反过来也一样，你个随便扎哪里怎
么扎都没啥区别。

现在伊拉克大闹天宫的那个组织，自称为 Islamic（State）of Iraq and al-Sham，简
写为ISIS，最后一个S代表 al-Sham。美联社认为al-Sham 早有对应的英文说法叫
Levant，所以给改成ISIL，现在ISIL被白宫采用。
al-sham 等同于 Levant，基本上是对的。al-sham 的译法有好多种，沙姆、沙牧、苫
国(shān)等等。沙姆是个典型的阿拉伯词汇，al 是冠词，对应英文的 the，不用翻译
。沙姆(sham)意为左侧，对应的词汇是右侧 yaman。阿拉伯人崇拜东方，以阿拉伯半岛
为本位，面向东，右手边是南方，对应阿拉伯半岛最南边的也门(Yemen)，Yemen 是
yaman 的变形。类似的例子还有，加兹尼王朝最伟大的算端马哈茂德(997-1030)，获得
巴格达哈里发的赐予的徽号Yamīn ad-Dawlah，意为国家的右手，Yamīn 也是 yaman。
既然右手/南方是也门，那么对应的左手(sham)就是麦加、麦地那的北方，包括全部巴

比如要证明针灸的针插入深浅与效果关系不大，那么刺透皮肤和不刺透的sham
acupunture就是很好的对比。但他们的相同点是都刺激同一个穴位。
是你们根本没有搞清楚别人设计sham 的acupunture 的目的就在异想天开。你自己引用
的那段文章也说明别人sham 的时候不是乱扎。你看看你自己说的话：
“acupuncture和sham acupuncture都比不扎的有效，而acup和sham效
果一样就是说这个效果确实有但是跟乱扎一气效果相同。这没有临床价值好

2017年8月，在叙利亚活动的私人武装组织Malhama Tactical（又称“圣战黑水”） 发
表声明称有计划扩张到中国，且已经有中国籍维吾尔人加入，并与东突武装组织突厥斯
坦伊斯兰党（TIP）缔结了合作关系。Malhama Tactical由一名叫为阿布·罗菲克（Abu
Rofiq，怀疑是假名）的乌兹别克斯坦“圣战”分子创立，团体成员是来自俄罗斯车臣

行某个方面的总结性回顾。一般的模式提出论点，用别人的文章中的数据和论述作为依
据，来阐明自己的结论。还有的是总结这个领域的进展，提出未来的研究方向。
综述是学术论文的一种重要形式。不论你看cell，nature，science，还是cancer
research，能够写综述的都是在某个领域中的某个方面有一定建树的研究人员。
前面发的这篇综述是发表在uptodate上面，是专门给MD的，关于针灸的总结性回顾。目
的是让没时间读每一篇原始论文的MD能够了解针灸的意义。

range不够，不足以test有效性。
而针灸的问题不同，sham也好，real针灸也好，都不能完全缓解症状，虽然比完全不扎
好了一倍，但是也还是有很多人没有缓解。说明dynamic range是足够了，但是针灸没
有超过sham的作用。
不能说针灸跟sham一样就没有作用，但是可以说针灸跟sham作用差别不明显。
现代医学追求的就是超越sham的医疗效果，否则不值得冒险给予治疗。因为毕竟任何药
物再安全也不会比placebo更安全，任何针灸再安全也不会比牙签更安全。
医疗实践提供的是risk benefit assessment，是权衡利弊的结果，不是绝对的追求治
疗效果的结果。
针灸是骗人的结论了呢？这个问题我百思不得其解。看来要统计专业的高手才能回答。 |

acupuncture
和traditional acupuncture都有效，跟不扎针相比。争论主要是在traditional是否比
sham更有效上，这个方面各种结果都有，有说没有区别的，有说有区别的，还得等待更
多的研究结果。即使最后证明了tradition跟sham没区别，那最多也就是说穴位没啥用
，但是针灸还是有效的。这就是为啥连方舟子这么死硬的中医黑都不敢在这上面放狠话

和实践，这些应该是无效的。但是从结果来看，sham和针灸比没有差别。这个sham包括
同样部位破皮（用针）和不破皮（用牙签），包括不同的针灸手法，包括不同穴位等等
。都和传统针灸没有差别。二者跟没有治疗比，都有一定效果。
这大概有几个可能：
1。理论和实践都错了，心理作用而已。而心理作用本身对于呕吐，疼痛等等有一定效
果。
2。理论错了，但是实践上随便扎哪儿都行，怎么扎都行，这个效果需要进一步研究。
3。高手在民间，还没找到有效的治疗师。
4。传统理论和实践都是正确的，而实验设计者对理论吃得不透，没有设计真正好的
sham。

，我不知道你们是读不懂论文还是有意曲解。
Sham Acupuncture 包括很多种，很大部分都是扎穴位但是不破皮这种。Sham
acupuncture 和Acupuncture 在文章中一起出现，他们的对立面是untreated。
文章根本没有结论，只是指出各种现状而已。而且文章中也说了，说的Acupuncture 有
效的段落都被你们有意的忽略。 |

至于是怎么有效的，你需要学习什么叫安慰剂，这个可以看其他ID的解释。 而且原文里面也谈到这个原理目前认为是安慰剂效应， 你选择性的忽略这段了吗？

acupuncture和sham acupuncture都比不扎的有效，而acup和sham效
果一样就是说这个效果确实有但是跟乱扎一气效果相同。这没有临床价值好
不好？
可以，placebo也是效果。心理作用也是作用。可以了吧？
但是现代医学就是要求其治疗要有超过心理作用的作用。否则骗骗人，白开
水也可以包治百病了
