（想起来了，这个片子的导演Steven Soderberg拿过奥斯卡，所以这个也可以勉强拿来混包子，虽然帅哥Clooney没有拿过……）
今天跟pqwer说过，要仔细说说《Solaris》的。首先，澄清一下版本问题：
一开始是波兰科幻作家斯坦尼斯瓦夫·列姆（Stanislaw Lem）的1961年的小说，根据这个改编了好几个版本的电影，其中，苏联导演安德烈·塔可夫斯基（Andrei Tarkovsky）的1972年电影最收好评，获得了1972年的嘎纳电影大奖。最近的一部改编是2002年Steven Soderberg版本的，主演是大帅哥George Clooney。
电影是很早以前看的，细节可能有些出入，但是大致情节应该是可靠的。下面正式开始故事。

条款， 我相信康妈此次向公众大规模公募(solicitation for charitable purpose)可
能已经初犯了加州法律和其他类似联邦慈善法(because her solicitation was via
the Internet, which crossed the state line)。以下引用加州charitable
solicitations Code Sections 17510。这应该govern次类公众募捐的法律。请注意这
些条款也适用于solicitation for charitable purpose by individuals不仅仅是by
an organization。

式等等。比如这个http://www.amlegal.com/library/ca/sfrancisco.shtml 或者这个http://www.newportbeachca.gov/index.aspx?page=137
很多地方装fence改fence还要申请permit. 你要的这种我看在很多地方都不行。
这种法规是这种样子，这个还是很宽松的。我家这里更变态chain link都不行。
