like to hear from people here what is a realistic estimate for the following
requirement:
1. Door to door commute to office (Lippo center) within 45 min
2. minimum 2b/1b (or large 1b/1b) with actual usable area of 60 square
meters (700 sgft and above), for a family of 2 adults and 1 toddler.
3. A relatively safe and nice neighborhood with decent income population and
decent schools.

发帖数: 1029 | 5 俺们已经过来有几个星期了，目前还是挺喜欢这儿的，除了中餐馆没法吃之外，其他的
还好。天气不错，像个夏天的样子但又不热。人民群众非常热情，到处有风韵犹存滴白
人少妇和俺快乐滴搭讪讨论俺闺女为什么这么cute的问题。呵呵。当然这也充分说明
俺经常要当奶爸的痛苦事实。
至于中餐馆，以前吃过Denver的筷子楼，现在叫桃源源，觉得还成，但是Col Spgs
的中餐馆实在是太差了，所以现在一般吃日韩馆子了，另外有一半的时间吃Marigold
这类的美国馆子。
关于房子的问题，俺们在上次的4天house hunting trip时就搞定了。俺们买房子
一般都是先做2,3个月的paper search，然后在1,2天之内高速地看一批房子然后就
下offer。俺是做web mining的，所以俺从paper search来的信息量一般比较大。
俺加州的第一个房子看了一天房就买了。呵呵。Col Spgs的房子价格还是非常人道的，
一般每sgft在100刀左右吧。如果在乎学区，那就只有两个区可看了，district 12
和20。所以，买房子也不是个太难的事。
