I want to share a 2B2B apartment in Carlsbad, north of San Diego. I will
work in this area for a while. This 2B2B apartment is really new. Nearly
1150 SFt, Clean and quite. Equiped with Dryer, Washer, air conditioner,water
heater and freezer. The environment here is really nice.
The monthly rental is 1800/2=$900. It is a month-to-month contact, really

是一个月1200.在楼上，楼下不住人，储存间很多，车库也有个小的储藏间。小区很安
静，邻居也挺nice的
在sunnyvale，上101，lawrence很方便，costco,safeway都很近。

如果帮你把旧地毯收走，好像大约23c/sqft.
最近刚换的，所以有些印象。
不过建议吃饭的地方装木板，costco的不贵，质量还行。
木板的好处是一劳永逸，清理方便。 |

客房带个half bath，顺便把family room拉大点，总共大概4-500尺吧，准备要
permit的。大约花费多少啊，如果自己盖要多少钱啊？
房子还没买，在研究中，地图如下，就是想把放那个亭子的红色地面的那个方块块给
盖了。盖完了后院也还是有些面积的，这房子的整块地是7000+ sft，照片上的
fence把后院边缘给挡住了，实际的后院（盖好房子以后的那个长条形）要比照片上
宽些，宽度对照fence的接地面的那条线比较准确。要拿到permit问题应该不大吧？
求教求教，穷人但还有几个包子。 |

网上看了一下，觉得north san jose的房子普遍比较新，而且价格合适，但是看了一
下review，现在有两个担心：
1. 北边有个很大的垃圾场，据说有时候north san jose会闻到味道。不知道味道真
的很大吗？频率是否高呢？家里有婴儿，不想空气太糟糕。
2. 如果往稍微南边一点住的话，南边又有个机场，有人说噪音会很大。不知道是否
是这样？
另外欢迎推荐附近适合租房的地区或者好公寓。两室两厅，1000 sft以上，暂时不考
虑学区，安全就好。最好在$3300以下。谢谢！ |
