unit testing. 这不是 SFDC admin job, 是正儿八经码工，用git, eclipse,
jenkins, etc.
要求: almost none, 不要求有SFDC经验，只要愿意学，CS/algo/coding行 就可以。
强调： CS/algo/coding一定要行，不然过不了T家的general hiring bars/committee.
T家salesforce development组要招不少人，team size基本从无到有，而且SFDC组的
coding别人没法替代：）

楼主 MS，3年半经验。G 给的SET， L4，145k base，15% bonus，20k sign on，700
GSU。
问下给位大神，这个数字可以接吗？还有余地协商吗？手上有个 SFDC 的 offer，但是
数字没有 G 的好。 |

发帖数: 52 | 19 大哥，competing offer并不一定是要价格比之前高出多少，议价的时候不是光讲钱的
，你的逻辑不对，所以你抬价抬不上去。我有SFDC的offer, 虽然价格没有G多，但是一
样能再让G加一些。看你怎么去谈了。
但我觉得competing offer是要有的。
还有，SET有很多公司可以选择的，基本每一家都会要人的，你肯定是大牛，不了解SET
