根本意识不到自己的偏见对别人能造成什么程度的影响。
其实我觉得这种社会偏见在中国倒还好，只不过中国的法律和制度向来不保护弱势群体
，比如妇女和儿童。美国在制度方面表现地友善，但diversity hire已经是高层面了，
