very convenient location close to Washington Univeristy main campus, Missou
Campus and Chinese grocery stores. Right now they are running a promotion

如果你在 Seattle 上班的话，这个房子是很适合有孩子的家庭住。
Shoreline 学区就不和 Bellevue 比了，相对来说其实是不错的。
房子是 2001 年造的。不过保养的很好。上一个房主也是个中国人。我们后来还在 UW 里面和房主见过面，不过见面的时候都没有意识到都和这个房子有联系。
非常有意思。由于是 2001 年的房子，所以下水费用, sewer capacity charge, 很低。每个季度只要 65 左右。
房子有5个房间加一个小小的 office。户型非常实用。走进去的感觉比实际面积要大很多。地理位置也很方便。离北大华很近。离 Richmond beach park 还有其他的公园儿也非常近。门口就是公交车，早上做 express bus 的话，30分钟就能到 downtown。如果不做 bus, 开车的话，上下班时间都正好可以走 express lane, 来回只要 20 多分钟。
