What I knew was on the onset, she started to lose balance (she was walking

各位糖妈们都是怎么平衡血糖和尿酮的啊？一般尿酮都控制在negative吗？
还有我每天总的carb大概有8-9个seving (120-135克）是不是太少了？
水果为什么不能吃？分开来吃，把握好量吃，没问题的啊。每天的Carb一定要吃够，否
则出现尿酮，比高血糖对孩子的危害可还要大的啊。我刚刚吃了一个桃子，中等大小的
桃子Carb基本都是15克啊，作为一顿Snack刚刚好，一根小香蕉，一个小苹果，17个葡
萄，12个Cherries，2个小李子，等等，都是15克啊，都挺不错的，跟主食岔开来吃多

最快捷的方法，当然是选课，一对一的课程最佳。在你成为高手之前，绝大多PGA承认
的老师都可以。当然选课的同时还要自己练习，一般上一节课至少应该在练习场自己练
习两小时。
一对一选课的好处，就是老师可以针对你的错误，逐一纠正。如果可能的话不仅要在练
习场选课，还要让老师带你上场，教你在不同的情况下如果击球。这可以帮你少走很多
弯路。进入中级水平之后，选课就要更有针对性，比如专门选推杆，沙坑，短打等专项
的课。
每个人悟性和体能不同，看录像，读书这些方法只适用于少数人。如果真有天才的话，
像Seve Ballesteros一样用一根3铁无师自通的也有。但是这不适用于绝大多数新手。
自己观察自己的录像，远不如pro的观察。 |

react to it. I'm sure if they could they would prefer to step in with the
right and get it off the rise before letting the ball spin themselves off
the court. But at that level, the seve has more pace better angle and harder
to read, thus the way they return.... that would be my guess.
