第一天去了Rocky Mountain National Park,到山顶我几乎无法呼吸,
到了那个要自己走上去的山峰,我...我还差几步就是上不去啊~~~
因为这一天时间紧迫,我们没有走trail,只是到了景点之后下来走走,照照相,
所以并不是特别的enjoy~不过一路上的风光宜人,眼睛是非常满足的~
第二天,是perfect的一天.
早上到了Garden of the Gods,还在freeway上,就看到三排巨石横埂眼前,非常惊喜!
因为没看过这种地形地貌,每走一步都感叹不断~
大自然的神奇无所不在~~众多巨大的红色岩石拔地而起,
有不少人在上面攀岩,感叹他们的胆量和技艺~
Seven Falls,没有花8块钱到seven falls脚下,但是从对面的山上hike了1mile的样子,
可以看到郁郁葱葱的群山,和远处的seven falls,别有一翻风味~再一次感受到大自然
的雄伟壮观~驱车几分钟又到了另一个有瀑布的地方,可以这么说吧,虽然这个瀑布有
点欺负老美不知道什么叫真正的瀑布,但是在群山之间能听到 |

老公在西洛杉矶上班，我在Montery PARK上班，住在西区。 能想象12小时夜班工作，
上班开了1个半小时，下班再开一个半小时的长征么：） 每天都深吸一口气，进入入口

在downtown上班，为了方便一直住城里，但是老房子真是住得好烦，想住新房或者2-3年新的房子了。

还有一点就是希望上10号公路快一点的区，这样只是开高速路上班不会觉得太辛苦。

Let me first say: I was wrong.
Last week I said that while New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin's start
had been a superlative thrill ride, the best he could become as an NBA
player was "a serviceable point guard/poor man's J.J. Barea." As enamored as

打NBA--那个是比高考残酷百倍的真。千军万马过独木桥，能有实力竞争大学奖学金的
都是极少数。而是希望自己的小孩学习之余，以后起码可以大声的说“我喜欢打球”不

是最贵的，不一定是最不错的。选杆的时候，卖家和我说，他和朋友用seven seas的
jigging杆，2000多刀，拉条二十几磅的gt就莫名断掉，且没有任何售后，他亲眼看到
朋友的fisherman的popping杆，近1500刀，第一次cast就断了。
他讲了些内幕给我，比如patriot design的老板是从seven seas出走的，质量和售后都
好于seven seas，价格相对公道，smith杆子他不carry很久了，这次我找他定的时候，
他听到这个型号立马反应过来，说之前他日本朋友也向他推荐过，他怕不好卖，毕竟美
国这里杆子不如澳洲东南亚一带，高端杆子还能卖掉，美国这里进几根有可能压几年卖
不掉，这次我进一根，他说也会多进一根试着卖卖，其实他给我的价格，比jigging
master网上的价格贵不了多少，但质量上，如果你看到jigging master的老板给我的回

我喜欢三番，最主要是他们的双TE，power T-formation。我对于read option不是特别
感冒，觉得作为暗器用用不错，像RGIII那样天天用就太极端了。九人和红皮最大的不
同，是九人的跑攻不依赖于read option。从上赛季和这赛季alex smith在场上就能看
出来，九人不需要read option。九人和红皮的线人，水平也差很多。红皮的线人其实
实力一般，靠着shananhan的绝技zone block也能有声有色，而且RGIII也掩盖了很多线
人的问题。九人的线人是很传统的man block，整体实力很强，算是nfl最好的进攻线之
一。我觉得大家的注意力太集中在read option了，其实金哈宝赖以起家的是power T-
formation之类的old school scheme，他非常喜欢双TE和双back。我觉得这应该是乌鸦
防守的重点。
至于说乌鸦防跑差，我肯定没你理解深。但是乌鸦这赛季rushing defense排名第19，
