将他查缉到案；他身旁一位怀有身孕的女子得知全是骗局，哭得死去活来。
警方从他的笔记型电脑，发现他吃定东方女子崇洋心理，来台以诈骗一百万美元为
目标，还说“骑马要骑小马，发财要Get bitch(找贱女人)”，心态轻蔑。巧合的是，
他两度都栽在台北县警局外事科长邢一民手里。
邢一民说，法兰克1991年来台，自称英国皇室贵族，拥有奥运射箭、空手道选手资
格，因长相酷似“百战天龙”主角马盖仙，到处骗财骗色，三十多名女子受害；有些人
到他落网，还不相信被骗。
法兰克1993与台湾王姓女教师结婚、育有一子。七年多前落网后，他不满妻子指控
