发帖数: 17 | 33 我是F1身份来美国的，后转学到亚利桑那大学读两个月语言。读语言I20过期后我得在
60天时间内拿到新的I20。因为ADVISOR没有告诉过我只有60天拿新的I20，所以我在60
天的最后一天，12月23号，才拿到当地另一个学校的录取，把SEVIS转去了那个新学校
。事实却是，最后一天23号零点整，我在美国就OUT OF STATUS了。新学校极不负责给
我发了一张INITIAL 的I 20，并没有告诉我之前的SEVIS已经过期，我在美国OUT OF
STATUS了。或许他们就是唯利是图！！！！
现在我拿到想去学习的学校的录取了，提出转学申请。可是他们找理由说，我还没有注
册，所以就把我的SEVIS删除了。后来才发现是他们擅自发一张新的I 20，转不了之前
的SERVIS。
所以，在我拿到梦寐以求的学校的 I 20后，必须重新签证才能学习。请问，像我这种
情况，想SPRING 2010上课(已经申请了LATE ARRIVAL，就需要签证了），签证通过几率
大吗？可以去墨西哥签吗？去哪里签通过几率大一些呢？？？

美国读MS Finance，有奖学金，没有任何转学经历，背景相对单纯。因为春假要去欧洲
做个project，美国visa过期，所以必须紧急去墨西哥renew一次。
申请过程：
登陆美国驻墨西哥领事馆地址，选择一个你最方便的地点去签证。我选择了Ciudad，
Juarez（传说中的CJ）主要是因为有梁老板可以提供帮助（事实证明我的选择是明智的
，后面详述）。
在线填写DS-160，交签证费，预约ASC按指纹、照相和签证的时间。其他帖子已经有很
详细的描述了，而且每个城市大同小异，此处不再赘述。
准备资料：
我带了所有可能用到的资料，虽然最后只看了我的I-20和SEVIS Fee收据：
1.学校类：
1）所有I-20，最新的I-20一定要在学校‘国际学生学者服务中心’签过字
2）SEVIS Fee收据
3）Full-time Student Enrollment Verification
4）Transcripts
2.财务类：
1）银行存款证明
2）奖学金证明
3.个人资料类：
1）护照，必须有6个月以上的有效期

事情是这样的：
在opt extention期间，公司倒闭，在学校的IT部门找了份GA的工作（由于是暑假，用
的是opt的ead卡），这份工作当时也上报给了学校的国际学生办公室。与此同时，也申
请了计算机系的秋季硕士。差不多要开学了，研究生院把IT部门给的offer letter送到
学校的国际学生办公室去处理I20。结果国际学生办公室发现学校不是e-verified的，
也就是说我暑假在IT部分工作是不合法的。他们给了我两个选择：
1，马上申请reinstatement，期间可以自己交学费，上课，等USCIS结果
2，回国重新签证，他们答应可以等我签证之后再terminate前一个servis号
哪个选择好？1的话不知道reinstatement需要等多久，是否通过也还不一定，如果被拒
，也是得回国。选2的话，秋季入学估计是来不及了，需要和IT部分谈是否同意给春季
的offer letter，如果能拿到offer letter的话，回国签证会有危险吗？被拒的可能性
有多大。

我还用不用重新签证，他说可以继续使用原签证，我的SERVIS code转学前后也没有改
变，所以我就没再签证，出入境也都非常顺利。 |

简单的介绍一下我的情况：
1.今年初在加拿大签的F1签证到明年年初才到期
2.5月底毕业，6月中旬OPT生效，七月初开始上班
我的问题：
1.I20申请OPT时已更新，但是SERVIS号码都没变，我的F1签证还是有效的，回国还用重
新签证么？
2.如果不需要，入境时移民局是否会发现我已经毕业，会有什么不妥么？
