不会这么巧吧？昨天刚做了SERVICE REQUEST，并且只是我的，今天还没来的及联系议员呢，想着今天选举，他们很忙，刚刚查了EMAIL BOX，７：３０收到 USCIS EMAIL 说是 CARD PRODUCED 了, 包括LD的。

原意到没想做，只是想问问我的背景调查CLEAR了吗，现在是什么状况，因为名字太普

是OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME，就这样，给了个REFERRAL NUMBER，说是１５天
没消息再联系。

The T2 I talked was very nice. He told me that I could file a service
request this week. I bet him to help me file one then. He said he was
doing it immediately and told me the EAD card is coming in a few days.
Nothing comes up yet.... The T2 I today is weird and would not give me any
useful information, except that he asked me for a reference number. That's
why I suspected the "service request" was not filed last week. I would try

发帖数: 978 | 23 对，是不一样的。我现在想起USCIS tier 1的agent, 真是恨得牙根儿疼。
他们的逻辑貌似是这样的:
A. 你的case提交了很久，还不下来 --> service request看看咋回事。
B. 你的case再不下来就没法工作了 --> expedited review。
对于大多数人来讲，A和B完全是一回事，因为移民局只允许你在不到120天就过期的时
候才能renew, 而提交75天之后才能做service request。但是我当时就只是做了
service request结果被搞到了local office, 详情可以参加我上面的帖子。
所以我的建议是直接要求expedite。你google一下就可以看到如何expedite和如何
qualify for it. |

request 和移民局网上的service request是同一个吗？我自己提交老是说within

另外如果由于律师填表错误导致的referral 怎么处理？具体讲如果快到合法居留时间
280天申请还没有结果的话要求单位或律师出钱加速是否合理？

但是除了豪车，一般的车还要自己掏钱保养，就是service。这个是消费者自己掏钱的

今天收到LA County的Summons for Jury Service. 第一次收到这种东西，啥头绪都没
有。看了半天mail也没有特别搞明白。
Mail里面说让5天之内必须注册，然后在service那一周保持随叫随到。现在看来我首先
得先注册一下，然后如果不想去，可以找理由transfer、excuse等。如果不transfer等
，那是否就肯定会被要求去现场？还是不一定？
另外去现场的话，需要提前准备什么东西吗？还是到时候直接去，听完走人即可？听完
后要填写什么材料一类吗？

员说明自己是绿卡身份。
无视通知的加州公民最高可被罚$1500。70岁以上有健康问题的老年人在有医生证明的
情况下可以不用服务；70岁以下但健康状况有严重问题的人也可以提供医生证明申请豁
免此义务。由于入籍的要求之一是基本的英文理解能力，所以不会英文并不能作为电话
或者书面申请免除服务的理由，但在法庭上当面向法官提出英文能力有限听不懂案情，
常常会被当场免除服务，不过有时候也会遇上态度强硬的法官不同意放行。
无法在通知所要求的时间段服务的人可以打电话去申请延期，一般可以延两次，每次最
长延6个月。

了一下，美国的service center只有纽约有一家，这个牌子在湾区倒是有很多销售点，
就不知道可不可信。
湾区有哪些大一点的表店可以做service的吗？ |
