首先，什么叫做标准的动作？Federer的吗？Nadal的吗？Serena的吗？Pro的动作
都是千奇百怪的，动作的好看程度和排名似乎也没有什么必然的联系。比如当今
排名第一的Joker, 经常在身体严重扭曲情况下击球，球照样十分犀利。WSN如果照着
学，两下就骨折了。再比如暴力男Gulbis, 独树一帜的大鹏展翅，照样不影响其
暴力的正手。
其他一些细节方面也有不少例子。很多教练都鼓吹盯球。但是Serena从不盯球，照样
雄踞第一很多年。她反手的动作也很僵硬，但是她的反手确是最好的之一。
背后的原因就是到底采取什么动作实际上是跟身体条件有关的。当今的青少年，
绝大多数都是学的同一种击球动作，因为No.1 player是这种动作。这些选手中有些
没学像，或者发现稍微调整一下效果更好，就造成了很多年之后大家看到的百花齐放。

本来我是要去Quepos镇上一个叫做Wide Mouth Frog的hostel的，前一天打电话预订了
。我一向是每天决定第二天的行程，结果早上去Manuel Antonio的shuttle满了，只有
坐下午的。路上又因为泥石流要绕道，得很晚到了。傍晚时分，给wide mouth frog打
了个电话，说我要晚点到，房间给我留着，没想到居然告诉我他们已经full了，我
faint. 同车有几个人预订了Vista Serena，于是跟着他们去了。还好，还有床位，住
了下来,$10/bed。Hostel在Quepos到Manuel Antonio的路上，还算方便，出门不远有家
叫做月海的餐馆，再前面点有个车站，还有超市。Quepo和Manuel Antonio之间的汽车
30分钟一趟，110c(不到一个quarter)。hostel位置不错，看日落的好地方。想定一张
回San Jose的shuttle票，老板娘说：干嘛做shuttle啊，要$29.出门坐车到Quepos的汽
车站去买张票，才$5. 是 |

我也很讨厌toolbar，连google的toolbar我都不喜欢，我老公搜索都直接送那个，我从
来不用，都是先进google主页再搜索，我老公还总说我所此一举，其实我对这个鬼东西
忌恨依旧，早就想删掉它，他都不知道，哈哈
