有两个文件，格式不同，但实际内容是一样的。比如一个是CSV，一个是JSON。想要创
建并读进同一个hive table中。应该怎么办呢？
我开始想先创建一个空table，然后再对每个文件load data。但是发现load data的时
候不能指定文件格式（serde）。文件格式是跟着create table走的。所以不行。
另一个办法是对每一个文件创建一个table并load data。然后再创建一个公共的table
，空的。然后再把两个table的内容insert进公共的table。这是最直接的办法。不知道
这样的效率会不会很低，比如文件重复的copy什么的。
请问一般常用的办法是什么？ |

design. They are not very difficult for most of us. However, you have to
answer them very quickly because these are phone interview. So, it's really
a challenge to your knowledge, instinction, derivative and basic conceptions.
For le, you are right, the single-ended is Rd*Io, the differential is 2*Rd*

Speed Serdes tranceiver blocks/IOs + On board support. Make sure the speed
rating and IOs of the FPGA meets your requirement.
You might not need the FXT, I think for Baseband DSP (matlab algorithm
prototyping, the SXT kit would be more than enough). Honestly, don't get
some obscure and cheaper dev kits which is so complicated or support lacking
that it would require the same amount of effort to get the platform working |

作.现在想出来，各位觉得在目前的经济形势下直接找美国的工作现实吗？本人32岁了
。英语么，一直和美国，印度团队工作，沟通没有什么问题。
对于美国城市要求不高，基本做ic的城市我都可以接受。薪水我也不太了解，8w刀？
大家给点建议吧。 |

，3月开始测片子。任何与analog deign相关的实习工作都愿意干（layout，
validation，verification， PCB）。修过/在修的analog course包括power
management IC，PLL， Serdes， ADC，CMOS RF IC。 digital的课本科就修过。
Verilog， Verilog AMS， C， matlab/simulink建模都做过。

1，把serdes优先级级调低，credo的已经出来了，还有好几个能做10Gbps级别的都几年
了，也不见起色；最大潜在客户华为自己设计的28Gbps的已经work了
2，如果能做很高端ADC比如6bit@56GSPS可以把ADC优先级调到最高
3，smart phone主芯片投入太大，外围的也许能搞搞，一样的问题，国内最大的潜在客
户华为自己已经搞定主芯片包括RF了，看看小米联想是否愿意跟你合作吧
4，通信网络侧芯片最好不要去碰，最大两个潜在客户华为和中兴都有强大的芯片团队
，尤其是华为。说白了，你做出来了在国内也未必有客户。 |

个的，后来没有市场转行了。
ADC是一个方向，至少华为以前在模拟的底子比较薄。不知道现在华为的模拟起来了没
有。
通信类，真心不建议碰，除非有确定的客户。起码华为应该不会对此敢兴趣的。
芯片类还是建议模拟方面的比较有市场一些吧，毕竟那个不是靠堆人力出来的。
数字类，国内的实力其实已经比较强了。 |

我不认为会在这边做开发工作，应该更多的是架构。
体力活交给国内做就好了，多快好省。
所以职位应该定位在research上面居多。
而且根据以前的风格，岗位能够持续多久不是很肯定。
华为现在的风格和以前也不太一样，在这边的招聘，更多的是像在套取技术，而不是招
人。
optical Transceiver已经做了10几年来，还在招聘？
ZNS还在吗？
SERDES需要多少G的？怀疑只是碰到了技术难题，用招聘的名义，问技术的细节而已。
这边的华为研究所基本上也就是起这个作用了。 |
