去专科那里进一步诊断，做fetal echo。虽然ob说大多数这种洞会慢慢闭合，但还是有
些担心。不知道这里有jms有类似经验吗？谢谢！

发现问题是GC inlet的septum很难用SPME syringe穿过，好不容易穿过后，septum的碎
屑沾在syringe头上，当脆弱的fiber出来的就断了。但是如果事先将septum的洞戳大的
话，又很可能会漏气。我在考虑是不是我的septum不适合SPME。我现在用Thermo
Scientific的Septa coated BTO 17 mm. 请问各位做SPME-GC的达人一般都用什么fiber
? 或是给我的问题提点建议？请各位大牛多多指教，谢谢先！ |

右房右室增大，左房左室大小范围正常；各瓣膜回声及开放尚好；房间隔与左室后壁厚
度正常，略成通向运动，搏动好；房间隔中部连续性中断，可见回声失落约9mm. 主肺
动脉内径未见异常。PDE, CDFI可见房间隔水平左向右分流，二尖瓣瓣口血流E峰大于A
峰及二尖瓣、三尖瓣反流征象。CW估测肺动脉收缩压约为30mm Hg.

鼻涕的时候每次都有血丝。
昨天去看ent. 是个nurse practitioner.说excoriation to the enterior septum。
然后 silver nitrate caterization。
cauterization之后鼻子流鼻水一下午，估计irratate壁内膜了，今早睡醒觉，开始流鼻
血，暗色鲜血还有clot. 止住了一会又留了，往下滴的那种，而且一吸就一口血。
怎么回事啊？ :(((

我家老二情况类似，只是出生后一星期见PED才被听出有heart murmur，转到
CARDIOLOGIST，诊断是VSD，以后大概每个星期做一个ECHO监听一下，3，4个星期后就
自动闭合了。 |

全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
