针对近日少数境外媒体报道的吴敬琏教授卷入美国间谍案、被带离调查一事，国务院发
展研究中心网站8月29日刊出声明公开辟谣，称吴敬琏目前工作及生活一切正常。
吴敬琏昨日也对本报澄清，“卷入间谍案”属谣言，他自己也觉得莫名其妙。
29日，有境外媒体报道称，中国著名经济学家、国务院发展研究中心研究员吴敬琏
因涉嫌为美国担任间谍工作，被带离调查。
当天，国务院发展研究中心网站首页发布声明，“近日网上流传吴敬琏教授的一些
不实传言，也有不少人来电询问并关心吴教授的近况。我们刚刚与吴敬琏教授通过电话
，他目前工作及生活一切正常，并将于2008年8月30日如期出席相关学术会议。”落款

你可以在第一个due date一次付清，或者分几次付清。
至于第一次是哪天，可以分几次，取决于你什么时候有的这部分需要es tax的收入。
大概是按照Apr 1, Jun 1, Sep 1区分，
Apr 1之前的话，第一次就是Apr 15，可以分四次付清，如果是sep1之后，就只有Jan 15.

有一笔钱，公司要用1099发给我。google了一下，W2是要扣income tax等税，1099的话
，是不是一分钱的税都不扣，要自己报啊？比如1万块钱，公司发给我1099还是1万块，
但是我要自己去报税？年底等退税的时候，这个1099的怎么处理啊？是要报税还是要跟
其他W2一起退税啊？不弄它我就拿了1万块钱算不算偷税，会不会被查啊？完全不太懂
