多停止发育。第一次在12周自然流，第二次在8周做了D&C (也就一个月半之前），手术
后组织拿去做了染色体检查，发现染色体异常。
两天前看了reproductive endocrinologist, 要求我们两个都做一系列检查。老公要做
semen analysis和染色体等血检。我要做的更多，
recurrent loss的检查一项不拉,共有13项（和你列出都有很多一样的），外加
Prolacin, TSH, Varicella IgG， Hemoglobin Electrophoresis.
还要做hormone studies/ultrosound (E2, FSH, LH, and USS), HSG, progestrone
blood test at cycle day 21, and endometrial biopsy at cycle day 26.

发帖数: 687 | 6 先去做个B超，看看是不是解剖上都正常，没有多囊卵巢，没有子宫肌瘤，后位子宫什
么的。这个一般保险都cover。
自己在家测排卵，反正去看医生，医生也就是给你个表让你回去测体温，先自己测好了。
然后就是你老公，semen test, 这个很多保险都不cover，自己去做，100多刀。但是做
完了，叫OB看就可以，不要找泌尿科医生，要不然就又100多。
然后看看什么问题，看医生再说～～后面我就不知道了，因为我看了一半，还不知道怎
么回事，就怀上了～不过看医生的时候比较不紧张，放松了，就自然怀上了～～
所以还是要放松啊～～ |

一个半月前每天早上开始量体温。 半夜醒好几次， 后来干脆起来量，一看才4AM。
还有今天早上醒来，天还没亮，也等着量， 结果翻来覆去一个小时也没睡着，后来想
量一下吧， 量完马上就睡着了。
真不知是不是心理作用。

semen test，查出来精子活性偏低（正常值60%，我们大概20-30%吧），其它各项指标
都基本在正常范围的下限。医生说自然受孕是可能的，不过估计要尝试比较久才能成功
。我们都30啦，有点急。医生又说可以人工干预一下，在我排卵的时候把老公的精子取
出，人工放入卵巢。
我们比较纠结，不知道有没有别的什么方法/药物，可以提高精子活性的，也不知道这
种人工的方式，是否会影响宝宝以后的健康。
不知道版上有没有妈妈有过类似经验的，如果不方便公开说可以短信我，谢谢啦！ |

下自然受孕的可能性是1%-5%,其建议做4-5次IUI.老婆月经周期基本是31-32天，HSG显
示两侧输卵管都畅通。
两周前做了一次IUI,失败。今天医生告知上周一(即IUI后的第8天)做的 lab work,
progesterone level 偏低，5.0 ng/ml.我们想知道progesterone level为 5.0 是否确
实偏低，去年11月做了第一次lab work, progesterone level 为4.4，今年2月和5月又
个做了一次，分别为12.1和7.1。医生建议老婆服用Clomid,请问是否必要，有何副作用
。progesterone level 变化这么大，是否正常。 |

都D&C了。我35，老公40, 因为第二次是葡萄胎，所以两年内都没敢再试孕，现在想重
新开始。去了infertility，查了free T4，prolactin，AMH，老公查了semen analysis
。大部分都正常，只有sperm morphology不大正常，只有1.5% (5-9%)。还给开了HSG，
但是我不大想做，因为前两次都是试孕3个月怀上的。
国内的大夫建议我们双方都查一下染色体，可是这边的大夫了解了我和老公的家族病史
后，似乎没有开的意思。我想再主动给大夫提一下，请问版上的各位姐妹都做得什么染
色体检查？英文怎么说？一般保险（Anthem Blue cross blue shield）能报吗？如果
自付的话费用大概是多少？
另外，infertility的大夫说因为我老公的精子形态正常率很低，建议做IUI，我个人觉
得没什么意义，还是想今年再自己试一次，求建议！ |

如果你相信中医，可以试试调经促孕丸，坚持一两个月。如果你相信西医，可以试试辅
酶Q10和DHEA(如果没有子宫肌瘤的话），也是坚持吃数月。
你说各项检查没问题,包含了HSG 子宫输卵管造影吗？或者是saline ultrasound? 保证
输卵管是通的，没有子宫粘膜下肌瘤？ 同时，请你的老公去做SEMEN ANALYSIS，有条
件的话再做一个叫DNA FRAGMENTATION TEST https://www.scsadiagnostics.com/.
时间不等人，IVF是很贵，即使很多老美自己都是take loan去做的。可以找一些
DISCOUNT PROGRAM吧。除此之外只能碰运气。good luck. |
