of a company, started by you as sole partner, or by you and other people as
joint partnership.
My two cents on online selling: strinctly speaking, I don't think it's legal
to sell on ebay with H-1B status. I guess many H-1 holders still do it
without trouble just because the amount is small (ebay doesn't bother to
report to IRS if a seller's annual revenue is less than $20k).

Consulting manager: 职位高，大老板比较赏识，上升空间比较大。小地方，钱相对来
说不错。

sell side卖的是product以及liquidity，那么take这些product和liquidity的就是buy
side了。
一般职场的印象是buy side多是hedge fund和prop trading而sell side多是bank，可
是实际上界限并没有这么明显：Goldman有Asset management而Citadel至少尝试过办
investment bank。HFT shop会同时使用market making和liquidity taking的策略，于
是看起来就既像是"sell side"也像是"buy side"，而buy side investor在执行交易时
往往也会使用limit order， sit on passive side，看起来像是market maker。

which way will be better off:
1. Sell the car before we leave.---Pay it off then sell it.
2. Transfer the loan to others.---Dealer said its not Ok to transfer loan.
3. Ship it back to China.---Not sure if we are able to now according to
