这个酒店，事先的设计、打地基、预制件生产肯定不止6天。贴视频也是个标题党，“
第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。

一不小心读了Richard Dawkins的The selfish gene，从此开始了悲催的一生。。。读
完这本自私的基因，Itai觉得生物是多么奇妙，就毅然决然的转行做生物了，Never
went back。在拿到computer engineering学士和Philosophy of Science学士以后，
Itai考虑到自己懂点计算机和编程，抛弃了作为一名伟大的编程员大好前程，在波士顿
大学读了生物信息学博士，度过了接下来的极其苦闷的五年。。。（他说那几年做生物
很不顺利，尤其是对于他这种没有任何生物背景的人。但是我看他PhD期间文章还有六

现在搞清楚了道金斯那本书的理论来源了。这个是不是可以这样理解：一个有科学素养
的好作家（道金斯）把一个优秀科学家（George C. Williams）的理论（基于基因的演
化）写成了一部惊世骇俗的科普作品（自私的基因），并且取得了极其巨大的社会影响。
我觉得现在的科学发展翻天覆地，如果那些有着良好科学素养的好作家能抓住机遇，肯
定能写出优秀的作品，不但是自己的成功，也是对学术和科普的贡献。文学功底不错的

2. 极端的洋奴心理。把人类普世的缺点，当做大陆人的劣根性。把大陆起步晚的弱势
，当作大陆人种低劣的象征。
3. 自卑自虐，以身为华人为耻。无论走到世界哪里，必须跟外国人宣传自己来自香港
，而不是中国。
4. 没有包容性，排斥穷人，外地人。戴着有色的眼睛，赤裸裸地歧视大陆来的同胞。
90年代前称呼大陆女是“北姑鸡”，即北面来的妓女。称呼大陆男为“大圈仔”，即大

The story above is shocking. The husband of the teacher slapped the two
students in order to revenge that their parents called them for help.
Definitely he didn't care about whether the two students looked for
prostitute
or not. He just looked for an excuse to slap them. |

persuade him to donate and he refused. The Chinese colleague asked why not,
especially he donated for Katrina and he thought every (educated) people
should have mercy to human beings and donate if they can.
