selenite,beta estradial 的量。
因为
：
MCF7 : ER (+);PR (+);HER2 (-/low)
MDA-MB-231: ER (-);PR (-);HER2 (-)
但是如果只用 FBS，MDA-MB-231 应该比MCF7 快。你还要考虑铺板时的细胞数是否一样。
