for example, a lot of police go home while they are suppose to
patrol the street in the night and receive overtime pay for that.
check the pubilic compensation information in your town, you will
find most police double their pay by overtime pay.
a lot of firefighters retired with faked disability

比如我现在住的地方是个town没有city government，那就有个board of selectman来
管理，city有的政府只能部门一个不少。不是city就不能收city tax，那怎么办呢？让
你多交property tax就行了 |

但是在民主党可以指鹿为马的麻省，这种丑闻丝毫没有影响她的政治前途。当初

Scott Brown不是能力的问题，相反他能力是很强的，你想想，一个出身草根的人，靠
