但是这个给国家带来的压力是很大的。现在事业单位的改革方向就是退休金社会化。社
会养老金目前和美国的social secutity还是有一定差距的。
当然美国体制内退休金也远不止1000多。
不管哪个国家哪个省/州，公职人员退休金都是越来越难以承受的负担。 |

本文适用于18岁以上读者，想考取D类驾照，也就是最普遍常用的那种。
第一部分：Learner Permit
在正式可以上路学车之前，每一个学员必须拿到一张学车证，也就是Learner Permit.
相当于理论考，而报考需要提供Social Security Number (SSN)，没有SSN的同学则需

returns and can go anywhere and buy anything. Their current portfolios are
different not because of their investment mandates, but because of the
choices made by the managers. PTTRX seems to be comfortable with treasuries,
agency bonds and mortgage backed secutities, but MXLMX largely shun these
and is heavy in corporate bonds. Both Gross and Fuss are great managers.

了一点，差别也不大。医疗保险也涨了。这几项加起来比去年同期多了三百多。
悲剧的是比去年多了一下ESPP。666块钱，还是税后的。这是个啥东西？算下来每张
payroll，比去年同期少了一千出头。两个星期发一次，算下来，税后工资全年少了将
近三万块钱。
每个月少两千多。往后这日子咋过？啥时候才能娶上媳妇？ |

DTE的30-delta strike 有超过60%几率在过期前会被碰到。
一般的secutities，如果huge gap up/down根本来不及这样hedge。除非你做ES
options，用机器trade around the clock。 |

几位的帖子解决了我很多疑问但是还留下少数几个，列出来向大家求助：
（先说一下我的情况，F1（OPT）->H1B，不满5年,结婚，LP没有工作，全家全年在米国
所以国内没有收入，在米国有房产）
a. 确定在File Extension之后进行First Year Choice 可以选择两个都是R然后按
Full Year R和Jointly来报税么？我把Pub519上关于Nonresident Spouse Treated as
a Resident 那一段读了好几遍，好像还是觉得有点问题啊. 那些说可以的依据应该是
理解为，File Extension之后，前一年就变成Resident而不是Non-Resident，可我的理

I have a landline based home security system but since the phone line is
exposed outside, if I really want to have a better security, I need to
upgrade to wireless module, which costs $400 for device only. And monthly
fee is $46 for three year contract.
Many friends don't use home security system at all. |

不知道移动硬盘并不安全，更糟的是绝大多数这些产品都是中国制造。我觉得挺没理的
， 直接举手问她中国制造和secutity的必然联系。她屋里哇啦的解释了说因为大多数
中国产品不安全，要不是看到她在几百人面前脸红，我肯定是要她解释清楚逻辑关系。
至少她知道有些东西没有确实数字，不要公开发表意见。
