要回答這個問題，首先要弄清“секта（拉丁語為：sect）”的含義。“се

查对了最后一张paycheck的YTD数值，确认Sect 125 plan=FSA +medical insurance
premiums，这两部分都是联邦税的pre-tax，但不是NJ的pre-tax，那么是不是意味着NJ
州税里的medical expense可以包括自己付的insurance premium和报销到FSA里的
expense两部分（+未能报入FSA的medical cost和transportation cost）？
NJ州税里的medical expense可以减去AGI 2%然后超出部分作为NJ TAXable income
deduction。 |
