川普總統今天表示，他對普萊斯（Tom Price）搭私人飛機出公差「不高興」，「我會

川普今天在搭機前往印第安那州宣布稅改計畫前，於南草坪回答白宮記者提問時，做此
答覆。
聯邦衛生與公共服務部長普萊斯前被政論媒體Politico踢爆，從今年5月份至今，選搭
私人飛機執行公務共24次，部分行程甚至車程只需兩、三小時。這些旅行開支累積約40
萬元，由納稅人買單。
衛福部督察部門已對部長的旅行開支展開調查，Politico報導，今年八月普萊斯曾搭私
人飛機至喬治亞州外島聖賽門斯島參加一項醫學會議，該島有普萊斯的私人產業；今年
6月6日，普萊斯又搭私人專機飛田納西的納許維爾參加當地由普萊斯老友主辦的一場地
方醫療峰會，普萊斯在納許維爾也有產業，目前由兒子居住。衛福部督察部門已確認，
該兩次旅行的包機費用都由衛福部支付。

世界衛生組織文件將台灣列為中國的一省，引發台灣強烈不滿及抗議，美國衛生
部長塞比留斯今天明確表示，「沒有任何聯合國機構有權片面決定台灣地位」。
塞比留斯（Kathleen Sebelius）上午在世衛大會（WHA）舉行記者會，中央社記
者提問，「台灣最近似乎遇到名稱問題，是否以後會繼續碰到這個問題」，塞比留斯說
明了美國的立場。
她說，「我們很清楚表明，沒有任何聯合國機構有權片面決定台灣地位」，解決
方案須是台灣與中國討論的結果，美國會支持這種作法。
塞比留斯重申，美國很樂意支持台灣參與世衛，並在2009年時，支持台灣在WHA
的觀察員地位。她並表示昨天曾會見台灣衛生署長邱文達及代表團。
