的。如果是裂纹或那种表面小细纹，你买的是prefab的吗？那种不好，我家从HD定过一
个，细纹/小裂纹多的没法接受，拒收，回HD重新定了一般的slab的，自己去石场选的
slab。

什么达芬奇，反正你去真正的custom cabinetry（美国本地的cabinetry maker，不是
中国进口，carpenter给你先做的那种）也不是全实木的，因为实木承重或者遇水后容
易变形，多贵的cabinet都不是全实木的。当然你非要要求全实木的话，只要你交钱人
家肯定会给你做，耐用不耐用那是另外一回事，别做的样式经典但是耐用度却不经典。
restoration hardware你要想买全实木的，可以看看他家的百年barnwood餐桌，全实木
，重的要死，不是现在用的新木头做的家居那样没有质感。我家正在装修，contractor
一直告诉我别认为是hardwood就是好东西，如果是pine什么的，耐用度特别差，还容易
变形；mahogney真是好东西；fine furniture用的mahogney什么的现在几乎没有，即使
是fine furniture maker也得用veneer，没有办法，审美决定的。当然你不介意审美，

try put some graphite lubricants in the seams where it squeaks.
Or put in some thin screws diagonal to each other where the floor is
squeaking.
Also, it might be the sub-floor that's squeaking, not your hard wood floor.
Then unless you fix the subfloor, new laminate flooring wouldn't help
anything. |

过问题。卖家提供了当时的检测报告以及根据检测结果做的修补。2013年检查的，维修
也是那年做的，花了不到1万刀，有20年的transferable warranty. 回来以后仔细研究
的这个检测报告，看房的时候没仔细看报告上提出的问题，像有没有裂缝什么的。不知
道这种房子能买吗？是不是不太省心？让大家帮看看检测报告，谢谢！

主要还是看当地邮局的人管得有多严
如果塞得太鼓需要用胶带才能封上那是肯定不行
但是如果自己缠了胶带，邮局的人就不知道信封本来合不合得上
有些邮局会拒收太鼓的或者缠了胶带的包裹
为了保险起见，我都让邮局的人帮我缠，他们的胶带都印了USPS的，不会有麻烦 |

了,只在401K留了5%的仓位的一个REITs基金(去年回报7%,感觉还可以就留了这个).
看到今年开年跌这么大,小青蛙不禁感到比较幸运.现在情况不明显,我技术不好也不敢
进去捞.听消息说,三月中联储开会前S&P500底大概要到1790左右.感觉今年如果联储不
从新搞刺激政策,股市很难弹回来破2134的顶.所以小青蛙最近研究一下,今年这种情况
下有什么风险小一些回报还可以的,而且可以中长期持有的投资方向.
这里提出来和大家讨论一下.

supermarket) with hot water, spray it to the wall and wait 5-10 minutes, you
are pretty much done with wallpaper stripping. Clean the wall with sponge,
water with detergent and polish the uneven surface. Caulk the seams, use
paint tape, then apply prime and paint, that's all. You can finish one room
in one day. |

， 其实就是两个人， 一个美国人是打工的（负责干大多数活）， 一个长得似乎像老
莫的人是老板。 那个老莫说这gutter seam 处不好修， 修得不好还会漏。 他说要找
他做， 就必须换。 给量了一下 gutter 加上down sprout 大约300 ft。 估价是全包$
2700 （铝的guttter），觉得太贵了。 大家有什么换gutter 或修gutter 的经验分享
吗？ gutter 是用铝的还是vinyl 的好？
