发帖数: 99 | 7 上周末末刚去了Disney Epcot 和 sea world，现在把一些tips告诉大家。
Disney Epcot
1.一定要拿上fast pass,对一些排队长的队伍可以用，例如souring,testing track,3D
Movie。
2.把该玩的地方都用fast pass都预约好。
3.如果等待时间比较长，就可以先到world show case 去转转。
4.里面的饭比较贵，一个三明治7-8元钱，饮料也不refill。
5.拿上Florida驾照可以打10%的折。
6.看焰火的最好地方是在一看见湖的地方，有个突出的地方，可以坐在那里看，如果去
玩了，那里就封住了，不让人进，那个位置是在介于 加拿大 和 最后一个国家之间地
方。
7.如果没有到成上述地方，那么就注意风向，不要站在焰火的烟的风口上，会很呛得。
Sea World
1.如果会常来，就买fun pass，可以来无限次，但是过期日是当年的12月31日，无论什
么时候买，都是年底过期
2.里面的Dolphin和shamu,sea lion的show一定要看，而且最好提前15-30分钟去，找中
间的位置，但是不要前四 |

我就有点蠢蠢欲动。
这周六（1/7），风和日丽，打算去那儿看看。途经Chattanooga的Lookout Mountain的
时候，还会坐一回登山列车。进入Lost Sea的溶洞后，步行到湖边，坐底部是透明玻璃
的平底船游湖。

发帖数: 264 | 12 我定的是SEA-PVG, ICN转，机场停留2-3个小时，SEA-ICN是Boeing777飞机；
总的说来，Asian Airlines比Korean Air便宜$20~30，但是Korean
可以免费改一次，韩亚不行；Weekend Departure比Weekday贵$50,
回来时可以选择周末。个人比较喜欢韩亚，大韩航空有点类似于American Airline吧，
公司大，飞机老。
SEA-ICN直飞，大韩的航班要多一些，周一二四五六都有，韩亚是
周一三四六，出发时间都差不多，下午3:00左右，第二天晚上9:00左右到上海，
可以直接Happy；回来的时候是周日凌晨到，出关也快，回家好好睡一天，
周一就可以好好上班了。
我在Asian Airlines的主页上看到，最近Promo, start from $315
base fare.如果agent以这个价格+tax+fee(total $635)卖给我，
他们应该有的赚了，估计不太可能，谁也不知道他们怎么挣钱?
Asian Airlines online book的价格是$710.

they (sea bass) were hit pretty hard by the commercial boats", 我还没太在意
，今天确实感到大鱼少多了，按理说今天是recreational season第一天开张，去的又
是我们已经很熟悉的那个deep structure, 我预期的是lock and load jumbo sea bass
action like last year， 但实际和这相比还是有不少差距，虽然action不断，但大
鱼并不很多。 在今天之前，commercial boat 已经在这个水域捕捞了几个星期了。看
来今年的sea bass spring run ，可能会比去年短，要钓的渔民们请抓紧机会，spring
run 也就是2-3 星期的时间。 |

size到limit。
发个帖子号召一下9-10月份期间，有多少人愿意New England船钓sea bass，这样可以
决定行动时间和租船的大小。
greatangler很有party boat经验，但是他时间有限，所以我做联络人。
人多就20-30人大船，人少就6人的小船。费用50到100刀，收获比helen-h要好的多。

发帖数: 89 | 24 至于第二天安排游玩的sea world由于事先在网上买了打折票，也就省了许多事。不过
同行的两人临时由于其他事情，只好我单独行动。还好里面景点比较多，一个人更机动
些。虽然没有拿到游览图，但一路走过去，基本上所有海洋动物参观点没有落下，只是
对定点表演的动物秀没有充分准备。可以说去sea world就是去看秀，里面的Shamu (
killer whale) 表演，海豚与鲸鱼表演，海豹，海狮与海盗表演，宠物阿猫阿狗表演及
亲身体验北极探险算是里面的精髓部分，当然如果你对海洋动物，佛州特色动物感冒的
话，这也是一个理想之所。对了每人都有机会第二次免费游园的机会，幸亏我排队换了
票，这样第三天上午我有机会和同行的假夫妻又逛了一圈，我也充当了一回导游的角色
，领他们只看了我上面提及的精彩动物表演，因为按照计划第三天我们应该在disney
world的一个主题公园。
由于另外从LSU赶去的同学没能及时与我们碰头，我们就临时决定去了Epcot，将最精彩
的Magic Kingdom作为保留节目以便与他们共赏，这是后话。为了赶时间我们第三天一
看完sea world，我们就破财（$27）打的前往E |

1. 会议名字叫做Developmental Biology of the Sea Urchin，每一年半在Wools Hole
的MBL开一次，至今第20届，推来有30年的历史了。名字叫做Sea Urchin Meeting，其
实参加会议的还有很多做各种海洋生物的研究者。做海胆的目前没有中国大陆的PI，台
湾的前不久有了一个，日本和欧洲的不少，主要的还是北美的。北美大多数都是Eric
Davidson和David McClay的徒子徒孙们。这两位都年过七旬，会上给David McClay搞了
