上周Jessie小盆友过生日，为我们做了一道海鲜粉丝煲，鲜美滑嫩，美味极了！而且材
料和做法都非常非常非常的简单，用时也超短！于是决定把这个recipe放到我的《最适
合留学生的10分钟快手菜系列》里，无私滴分享给大家！爱吃海鲜又不太会做的留学生
盆友这下有福啦~~~哈哈
【小觅近庖厨】
材料：
seafood mix一盒，粉丝2把，葱姜蒜适量，花生油，蚝油（海鲜本身和蚝油都有咸味，
所以无需再另外加盐。）
做法：
1、粉丝用温水稍微泡软后剪断。超市买来的seafood mix如果是冷冻的，就先放在温水
或冷水里稍微化冻一下。冷藏的就不需要再处理了。
2、热锅热油，爆香葱姜蒜，把海鲜mix倒入锅中翻炒几下。
3、加入粉丝，稍稍再加一点水。
4、倒入1-2勺蚝油，拌匀，待粉丝煮软、大火稍稍收汁后即可盛起。或者倒入砂锅中焖
煮一会并收汁。

soup，只要买对了酱料，加了海鲜，热滚滚的，就是那个味。其他菜有各种技巧火侯的

，你可以等到周一再去看医生。如果是肛门出血就比较容易处理，如果是肠胃敏感，我
有以下几个建议：
1。不用太担心。当初我刚出院就每天带她看医生，觉得天都塌了。后来找了我们现在
的GI specialist，发现没有想的那么严重。你要是在湾区，我可以推荐给你，非常好
的医生。她说小宝宝肠胃发育不全，偶尔出血还挺正常的。我之前控制饮食非常严格，
不吃dairy，soy，nuts，seafood，egg，wheat还是吃的，北方人没办法。就这样，宝
宝便便里偶尔还是有血丝，医生说如果是一个月一两次没关系，而且也杜绝不了。从她
5个月开始，就再没有便血了，不过我还是没有吃这些东西。
2。尽量看pediatric GI specialist。我们的pediatrician把我们吓得不成样子，而且
处理的也不是很得当。其实这个还是很常见的。我的GI specialist说很多妈妈什么也
不做，孩子时不时拉血，也不影响成长。当然也有宝宝体重完全跟不上的例子，这种情
况下找个好医生很重要，我觉得还是专科医生靠谱。

理费）。有泳池，又栈桥直通海，挺不错的。
岛上一面有海滩，沙白水清. 另一面有礁岩，蟹多鱼肥。这也是咱屡屡造访的原因。详
情就不表了。

去applebee是这几样，去legal seafoods是这几样，去No.9 Park还是这几样
boston的馆子是这几样，nyc的馆子是这几样，到了la的馆子还是这几样
salad，sandwich，grill，steak, seafood，desert，wine 哦，还有那些让人一看就
倒味口的side
然后根据地点，环境和用料的讲究分成高中低档
国内高校门口随便找一个凑合点的饭店都比这些强
欧洲人吃的不怎么地，还装的特高雅，特好吃 |

发帖数: 12169 | 45 上周带娃比较幸苦，娃娃开始提前冒牙，所以老是8-10点折腾，然后半夜折腾。早上上班昏昏沉沉，中午只好跑去川霸王吃他们的川味牛肉面，那个还是够提神的。
转眼到了母亲节周末。周六回娘家陪丈母娘吃饭，周日回来陪老妈吃饭。
周六在Worcester吃的位于WPI旁边9号公路边的Sole Proprietor海鲜馆。这家店我以前介绍过，性价比比Legal Seafood好太多了。Entree大概21-30一份，但是分量够，材料鲜，味道好。Entree跟色拉或者汤，我们都要的New England Clam Chowder，味道很好
。我们点的正菜有：
- Seared Alaska Halibut
- Crab Cakes Dinner
- Dinner Seafood Saute
- Sweet Chili Mahi Mahi

周日老妈选择要吃自助餐，于是我们就又去Billerca的7 Nana吃all you can eat
sushi。他们有母亲节特别的阿拉斯加帝王蟹卷和清蒸大虾写在板子上，包括在all you can eat里面。

这家自助餐很不错。去吃过几次。地方不算大，也不在闹市区。但是非常棒！除了点龙
虾单独付钱外，其他热炒，生蚝，寿司，生鱼，螃蟹等海鲜应有竟有，超值享受（每位
＄１３。９５）;服务态度也很好，笑容真诚。
老板很客气，我们这次人多，给我们优惠，要么１０％打折；要么每桌（１０人）免
费送姜葱双龙。

Shem Creek, SC is an ensemble of fine dining restaurants, unique bars, large
charter fishing boats and shrimp vessels. Restaurants and bars line Shem
creek with plenty of dock space if one would like to venture here by boat.
Shem Creek is lit up like a Christmas tree at night with plenty of nightlife
hot spots...so why not go and explore them?
If one comes by boat pull up and cool off with a cocktail and some live
