今晚3月底，我从原来租住的公寓搬到另外一个公寓。原来的公寓叫Avalon Bellevue，
在Bellevue市中心。搬走之前3个星期，他们就派了一个人到我的单元去检查，叫初步
检查，目的是看看有多脏和有没有损坏，给出一个初步的估计，估算一下我搬走之后要
给他们付多少钱。
当时初步检查的结果是：(1) full apartment clean – $125 (2) full painting –
$160 + paint $26 (3) full carpet cleaning – $60 (4) kitchen drip pan
replacement – $24。加起来大概395美元。
我是同意其中的（1）和（4）的，因为我搬走没时间去清洁，也不想清洁，所以他们要
做个彻底清洁的；而（4）的意思是厨房的炉子上的那4个炉头下面的铁的垫，要换新的
，才$24美元，可以接受。
但是我基本上不认为他们需要把整个套间重新刷一次（full painting），也不需要把

1.屏幕大了感觉不错，而且不影响单手操作，不过快到大拇指极限了。
2.轻薄了很多，拿着舒服。
3.IOS一如既往的顺畅。
4.快，无论是网络还是机器本身的反应。
5.通话效果好像貌似是好了些。耳机低音部分由加强。
6.语音文字输入很方便！！！！
缺点：
1.我跳了个白色的，买的时候看好了没问题，今天早上仔细看看在底部和塑料panel接
缝的地方有一点小scuff。应该不是我用坏的。不过我也懒的回去跑一趟。还是那句话
，得用套。
不好不坏：
地图没有传言那么糟糕。昨天试了试导航功能，还挺好，道路详细程度比我的便宜备用
GPS还好。自动reroute啥的也没问题。就是有一小段路大路不走，非往小路上带，不知
啥意思。有待继续观察。不过比那个阉割版的Google Map好太多了。
有待观察：
电池续航能力。我家里附近ATT信号不好，似乎掉电比较快。公司信号好。应该对电池
续航有改善。
一部分常用App已经改了长宽比，感觉很好。还是有很多没改。只有耐心等一两个月了。
总结：正如Cook所说，Iphone5是有史以来最好的Iphone。昨天我觉得我的老Iphone4还

FRONT ROTORS RUSTED FROM BEING PARKED LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
FUNCTIONS CORRECTLY, PADS HAVE MUCH LIFE LEFT.
NEW TIRES ON FRONT. OLD, POSSIBLY ORIGINAL TIRES ON REAR.
DRIVER REAR RIM HAS IMPACT MARKS ON FACE, TIRE IS ALSO VERY CHOPPED ON
INSIDE EDGE. COULD BE CAUSING TIRE WEAR PROBLEM.
APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN IN COLLISION IN REAR. BODY REAPIR ON BOTH REAR DOORS
AND BUMPER AREA HAS SCUFF MARKS NEAR TIRES.

发帖数: 161 | 28 我GF的车开了两年，没有collision，但车上由于parking等造成的scratch/scuff加起
来至少有5处，最严重的是车引擎盖曾被人涂鸦，后来虽然自己有洗车液擦掉，但是留
下印记，能够看出涂鸦的轮廓。
现在GF车技已经比较稳健了，所以想把车上所有的scratch都修复掉。用的保险一直是
AAA，500 comprehensive的deductble，不知能否一并报上去，然后找bodyshop给全修
了？以前从没跟保险打过交道，我的这些scratch都不是一次accident弄出来的，前后
左右都有，不知道能否一并搞定。。。

发帖数: 616 | 29 通常一个型号的汽车有不同的“Trim Level”。譬如 TOYOTA CAMRY 就有 CE、LE、XLE
等 Trim Level。另外还有不同的 Package、Option、Accessory 可选。
令人头痛的是，某些 Trim Level 已经包含了某些 Option。而某些 Option 又与某些
Trim Level 不兼容。如果你特别喜欢某个功能，既可以选某个 Trim Level，又可以买
某个 Option/Package。车厂估计是故意制造混淆，好忽悠消费者。
言归正传，2015 XC90 的 Trim Level 和 Options 还算比较简单。有三个 Trim Level
，从便宜到贵是：Momentum、R-Design 和 Inscription。三个 Trim Level 的发动机
马力是一样的。
Momentum 是基础版。
R-Design是运动版。增加了 LED 头灯、22" 轱辘、外形和内饰均“运动型”设计。当
然少不了的是在方向盘上的“拨片档”(wheel-mounted paddle shifters)。

return，All sales are final，买家收到后就回信说东西不work，相机上还有scuffs
和scratches，东西全新的怎么可能这样？我先生就要他拍段视频给我们瞧瞧，买家说
没相机，手机也没法拍视频。
后来他给了一个link，说Costco卖的价格便宜多了，要求price match再加一点
discount，我觉得要discount才是他的本意，我们就跟他说我不是店家，所以没办法PM
，all sales are final. Sorry！结果他就开了case，里面写到他东西有刮伤，收到的
东西与事实不符，说了一大堆重点就是不要这台相机了，如果我们不退钱就直接
chargeback，我说相机坏了我可以帮他跟Canon RMA，总之我不接受refuund，现在他已
经把东西寄还给我们了，连tracking numbe也给我了，比较意外的是他自己还把case关了
请问包裹送来时我可以拒收吗？这买家好像想直接chargeback的样子…… |
