工作时间：9：00-6：00
上午：
提前开车到达公司20分钟，进公司健身房简单的健身（你懂的硅谷那里不开车几乎没啥
公交车，不过有google shuttle）
到公司的自助餐厅吃一点东西，倒一杯咖啡

打开电脑check所有没回的邮件（忽略其中的大部分邮件）
开scrum啊，一般都是站着开的，半个小时左右
开完scrum嗯，休息一会，看一会Quora（美国知乎），看看reddit（美国比较有名的论
坛）
咦，怎么差不多要吃中饭了，自助餐厅我来了，不过基本简单吃吃就回来了
找几个同事吃饭时候讨论一下新feature的基础架构,得到他们关于我想法的反馈

companies. Maybe not daily, but definitely every two or three
days. This is even before the scrum model is adopted. It's
commonsense to me. Now with daily scrum meetings that the company
enforces, it's becoming less efficient, because not everyone
in the team care that much about what the others are doing,
because they are working on difference aspects of the system
that don't talk to each other directly. |

I believe 1 and 3 are quite useful. 2 takes too much time.
This is the textbook methodoloy.
The scrum guys seem trying to do none of them. We have so many master minds
of race conditions. The frequency of fwords rock high.This is not the fault
of scrums. |

到时侯你又发现自己不行了
java现在也开始细分了，有的工作相对压力没那么大，
比如用spring做ETL的，
比如做企业内部bpm实现的，
做cms的搞solr的lucene的，
你留心找就是了，其实java开发没什么难的，
你关键问题是可能没圈子，
如果有人帮你，有啥的，
没有什么新技术一个小时手把手tutorial教不会的，
剩下工作里都是简单重复，copy and paste。
如果一个星期有人跟你聊两个晚上，
每次一个小时，不就是那些名词么，
你很快也可以象阿三一样忽悠了，
比如scrum，你要看书，累死你，
跟你见半小时，我觉得都太多，十五分钟，
够你忽悠三年的，解决一切scrum 面试问题。 |
