比较多。
不过我粗略地在zillows里看了下，scottsdale区域的房市近期却是买方市场，desert
mountain学区附近50万上下倒是也有交易，就是确定zillows里的数据是不是靠谱。 |

我听别人说好像20％，有个朋友一开始没有抽中，后来补上了，因为很多老美上了一周
后退学。basis里面小孩子非常的苦，每天都有很多作业要做，要家长推的。
游泳池自己打理麻烦，因为经常会有东西出问题，要修。如果不担心钱，请人就行了。
一般越贵的房子，有游泳池的概率越高。对小孩子来讲，有游泳池当然好了 。
scottsdale要买自己满意的房子真的不多，慢慢看吧。 |

1. 住在哪里比较方便呢？tempe, mesa, scottsdale,glendale? 不太倾向于住
scottsdale，因为怕富人区太寂静，太无聊。
2. 找房子的话，在那个媒介那里能找到比较全，价钱又比较合理的广告， craigslist
, 当地报纸?
3. 1bed/1bath的 apartment 大概是什么价位呢? 最好按照那几个county分开来说说
多谢。以后要当邻居了 |

很多在ASU的中国学生。工作的中国人多在Chandler和awatukee买房。Gilbert也挺安全
的。Mesa感觉很多老墨。
小弟最近有可能要跳槽到AZ，公司在SCOTTSDALE, 现在在看MESA地区的新房子LEHI
CROSSING，看google map 上就感觉学校和教堂很多，超市到不多。不........ |

各个地区的政策是不一样的，据说tempe很好，没有关系，只要敲门不开就行。但是如
果是在scottsdale，你就惨了，还是乖乖的交钱，当然如果你有足够大的心脏不交也可
以。你最好问问周围朋友这个区敲门送票是什么结果。
scottsdale是这样的，大概在三个月的时候，有人敲门，不要理他，事实上是你没有收
到这张票，即使他贴到你们上。但是很可能十天后会受到法院的传票，说你被serve了
，没有上法庭，你的驾照会被吊销等等，这个很严重的，你一定要去法院，老实交钱，
辩护，问题是你要证明你没有被serve，这个难啊！因为那个单子被serve的时候不需要
你签名的。在这些过程中，每一次的罚单都会涨。scottsdale非常的恶心。你如果能够
证明你没有被serve，你的speeding就会被dismiss。 |
