皮特别的柔软。无油，堪比意大利面包和法棍，表皮却比那两款更柔软。
方子仍旧来自“ultimate bread”。
175ml lukewarm milk
175ml water
2tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
500g unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp milk, to glaze.
混合牛奶和水。将酵母和糖撒入125ml的牛奶和水的混合物中，静置5分钟。
再倒入剩下的牛奶和水的混合物，搅拌均匀。
将面粉和盐倒入面盆中，搅拌均匀。在中间挖一个洞，倒入酵母、糖、牛奶、水的混合
物。
混合均匀，揉成面团。
面团揉10分钟。
第一次发酵发至两倍大，然后将面团拿出来，揉成圆形面团，放置10分钟。
之后，将面团均分成8份，揉成椭圆形面皮，厚1厘米。每个整形好的面团上刷好牛奶，
然后撒上厚厚的面粉（用筛子过滤撒，不然会有大团面粉掉在面团上）。
30-45分钟后，面团发酵到两倍大时候，开始预热烤箱400F。 注意：第二次发酵过程不
需要盖保鲜膜了。
