发帖数: 1498 | 4 doesn't matter, just find a local club and ask around where are the free TTs
, then bring your el cheapo bike and ride it out. my first TT was on a
heavy Giant OCR 105 bike and my time sucked big time -- I got by butt kicked
by everyone else and ranked last. the earlier you start doing it, the
faster you'll improve. And I think you are in a much better shape now than
me when I started.
