发帖数: 450 | 16 请问下这里的JM, 我家宝宝十天以前睡觉一直非常好, 晚上九点能睡到早上六七点,尿
布一个晚上都不怎么鼓(9-10个小时). 但是从上周起,晚上睡觉不好了,两个小时要醒一
次, 尿布也超及鼓,(大概4小时),昨晚还哭.
我自己分析可能原因:
1. 多种维生素不够?(我大概有3周没加维生素,一直忘记买)
2. 饿了? 睡觉前都喂了7OZ,大概才过了2个小时又醒了.没那么快饿吧?
有经验的JM看看是怎么回事?
附大概的喂养时间:
8am 5oz 配方奶
10am 2 scoops 米粉
12pm 3oz左右蔬菜泥,5-6oz配方奶
2pm 3oz 左右水果泥
4pm 5-6oz左右配方奶
7pm 6oz 左右配方奶 or 不大饿就只喂 3oz左右蔬菜泥
10pm 6-7oz 配方奶
这几天睡不大后,晚上在2点多或者五六点再喂5-6oz配方奶. |

好时候！一年的玩具（尤其是大件玩具）基本上都是头年的Black Friday买的。这次继
续去年的，从嘟嘟两岁半开始。由于玩具比较多，这里重点介绍一下嘟嘟比较爱玩的，
所以就不一一介绍了。
先介绍去年Black Friday的收获
1. Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Folding Princess CastleBF半价$49在amazon上
买的，在huaren上看到的deal，看的评价高就买了。我一直很信赖Melissa & Doug家的
东西，做工质量都很不错。不过嘟嘟那时火车桌玩的很好，所以没有打开（实在是占地
方）一直到3个月前把火车桌上的火车组收了起来，才打开给嘟嘟玩。嘟嘟非常喜欢，
每天都会玩，也是小朋友来家里坐客时可以大家一起玩的玩具。不过就是要增添一些玩
具，给嘟嘟买了Disney的众多公主，和灰姑娘马车等（下面会介绍）。后来嘟嘟发挥想

1。买其中三件宝洁的东西，返十块，其中有尿布，洗衣液，纸什么的。
2。买其中五件宝洁的东西，返五块，就是剩下的差不多五块左右的，象是DAWN，纸由
，濑口水什么的。
然后昨天我也收到了那两本杂志，其中有2OFF的尿布胖子。再加上周末的宝洁胖子，还
有打印了两张的尿布1.5胖子。
第一单：tide+2袋尿布，用了两张胖子，共31块多吧。返十块。
第二单：用这十块钱，买了两大包的BOUNTY餐巾纸，两瓶DAWN，一瓶SCOOPE。用了五张
胖子，花了一块多，返五块。
第三单：三袋尿布，用了三张胖子：2+1.5+1.5，加上第二单返的五块，还有刚收到的P
&G返的十块钱VISA卡，花了九块多，返十块。
如果顺利的话，明天下午之前能收到另外一张VISA10块钱的卡，还能打印三张1.5的胖
子，那另外一单就是：三袋尿布，三张胖子1.5*3=4.5，第三单返的十块钱，加上VISA
卡的十块钱，花5.5， 还能再返十块钱。
