我是看了奥斯卡的颁奖以后才决定看这部片子的，因为以前听说片子很压抑。后来在yaho
o上再三确认是comedy后，终于鼓起勇气。
影院里人居然是满的，大部分都是一对对的老头老太太。连影片中间的笑声都是苍老的充
满寓意的。
片子是黑色幽默。
老年的warren schmidt先生在内步拉达斯加州的欧玛哈市居住。（名字
听起来就是鸟不拉屎的地）他66岁，从Woodman保险公司刚刚退休，在退休的party上他的
同事（或者领导？）站起来说了颇长的的一段话，大意就是说schmidt为公司贡献多年，
光荣退休，对于schmidt来说，什么social security之类的东西通通doesn't mean a god
damn thing，真正means something的是schmidt |

I know this is a crazy idea. But Schmidt and Jobs used to be very close. He
was for a while on the board of Apple. He may feel that he has a

很久没写东西了，今天看了JACK NICHOLSON 02年的片子 ABOUT SCHMIDT，感慨良多，以
前也看过一些此片的影评，多半认为此片是讲一个退休老人重新审视自己的生活，重新开
始自己新的生活，笔者以为没有写到顶子上，并没有完全了解ALEXANDER
PAYNE和我们的JACK的良苦用心，于是写了这篇观后感。
看完此片，笔者心情难以平静，并认为这是近几年来好莱坞难得一见的佳作，从表面上来
看，好像是在讲一个保险公司的副主席退休以后的生活，但是如果真是这样的主题，又怎
能引起演戏已经演成精的JACK的注意？各位再后头想想影片的最主要矛盾是什么？就是SH
MIDT从对女婿一家的不认同到婚后聚餐上的一番言不由衷的皆大欢喜的祝词，然后在给NG
UDU的信里首次承认自己失败了。失败，这才是我们的导演和JACK要告诉我们的。要理解
此片，就必须了解此片的社会背景，此片拍摄于2002年，主要针对的观众是中老年观众，
这批观众主要是二战后成长的一代，也就是新美国一代，这一代人的主要特征就是自信，
肯干，野心勃勃，这些当然都是优点，当然过了 |

作的东西太广，市场上有什么，自己就作什么，或买，但是多数都不理想。

看影评的时候，知道它是一部讲黄昏恋的片子。想看的原因是迷信
金球的评奖结果。说它是jack nicholson 第一部放下老是高高扬起
并局高不下的眉毛，扮演一名小人物的力作。而且里面还有那个比较有名
而且演技很好的英国女演员当陪角，想想他们的黄昏恋估计也会出点彩儿，
比起看这就很郁闷的the hours, 我还是选了这部。
看了看，觉得是个患自闭症的老头，因为退休受了刺激，自我意识慢慢觉醒。
e.g 扮老天真买冰激凌。对老伴有点不满，突然老伴就死了。嗯。我想，他
的第二春开始了。果然他被压抑的叛逆情绪表现了出来，他开着那个大卡车
开始寻找他的童年青年，和知己。而且围绕着他一直对要出嫁的女儿的未来的
丈夫不满，总想借机阻挠这桩婚事。尤其是见了son in law 的妈，就是那个
英国演员 bates 演的. 一个很自以为是的librated 的人。因为这位老妈想
