came back to USA.
I found it is a multiple entry visa and valid until next April. It also says
15 days stay in the visa stamp. So can I use Schengen visa again to go to
Spain or Austria before the visa expires. |

得到签证之后“再计划”的意大利行程，应该在法国签。
如果你申请签证时就计划好了法-美-意的整体行程，那么你的旅行中意大利是申根区的
主要目的地，应该在意大利签。
这两种说法并不矛盾，因为你申请签证时的意图不同。

1. 签证国家的选择：
基本上，旅行的主要目的地是哪里，就得去哪个国家的大使馆签证。若是去两
个国家并且天数一样，则最好选先到达的国家。
2. 预约签证：
据不完全了解，欧盟的申根签证（schengen visa)比较容易申请的是法国，但
是需要尽早预约。一般来说，6月中旬预约，已经排期到8月份的了。5月份时则还可
以预约6月的。

基本情况：
五月底准备去欧洲开会和旅游，但是返美签证（F1）4月中旬就过期。
旅程：美国－》欧洲－》中国—》美国
经过：
以前在板上看到有大侠说过，返美签证过期的话，但是给签证官出示回中国的机票，
说在中国返签就没有问题。
希腊是我欧洲游的第一站，于是4月下就去希腊驻SF的领事馆签申根。
签证馆大叔 （据他说是一个律师），上来就拿走我的护照，翻啊翻到美国签证那一页，
看到F1签证过期，眉头一皱，说没有有效的F1签证，他这里不给受理申根签。
我给他争辩了半天，说我到欧洲然后去北京续签F1。 他丝毫不给通融，说就算他给了
我申根签，我到了欧洲没有有效的美国签证也会有麻烦， 欧洲的police会 question

如果你打算在瑞士呆一个月,签返美,应该也可以,但怎么说服使馆给你申根呢?
